Great shop with lovely staff.
I bought items that I had to return as they were not suitable. My return was accepted with no problem and my payment was credited to my account the following day. The lady that served me also helped with my new purchase. She was a trainee and was very helpful and pleasant. Lovely shop, beautifully presented with superb products and reasonably priced.

The staff in Pro Cook Hereford have exceeded my expectations yet again. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I went in with some ideas and came out with two great presents for my son and some useful information.

Nice to visit a store
I have shopped online with Procook; this was the first time I had visited a store. There was a huge selection of cookware and it was great to be able to browse and see the actual products. The staff were friendly and helpful.
