You have a lovely shop in Hereford
You have a lovely shop in Hereford. The staff are knowledgeable and more than happy to help. Polite and friendly faces greet you as you arrive. The product I had designs on was in stock. If you are able to keep your prices keen, more people would prefer to shop like this rather than on line which can be a minefield.

Friendly helpful staff, good products
Friendly, helpful staff. The products I have brought work well and I love the fact that plastic packaging and usage in products is kept to a minimum. I wish there was more metal and glass then plastic in the products themselves but I appreciate that's not easy in today's world.

the customer service I was given
The customer service i was given at the Hereford store, i couldn't make my mind up on a knife block and returned the product twice. the staff was excellent and i got the perfect one in the end.

I knew this company only from internet…
I knew this company only from internet messages and Facebook. I had ordered pots, trays, and frying pans online. To visit a shop and actually see all the cooking ware in real life! Absolutely amazing! So I like to cook!! A new cooker - an induction range - so pleased to have to replace a few pans from your shop in Hereford! Thank you!
