I bought a new fry pan the 2nd one I’ve bought. Had to have a smaller one so went back to my preferred shopping place for kitchen goods. I love the shop everything is good quality and I won’t be buying elsewhere from now on

Good but details wrong
Service was good, but the pricing on the shelves was confusing. I bought a kettle and toaster combo and the shelve pricing proved different to the till price. No clear and obvious way to understand what I was expected to pay

Employee serving didn’t seem to know…
Employee serving didn’t seem to know what she was talking about and wasn’t listening to the questions I was asking them . The product also cost me more than advertised, it was only by 50p, so I didn’t bother enquiring why . Normally I have good experiences here, so wasn’t sure if they were new there.
