Lovely staff, greeted me with a smile, but left alone when I wanted to browse. Very helpful when I requested a nutmeg mill as an addition to my pan, you need to stock them, they save knuckles!
As said before assistants did not give me time to browse before pouncing on me although helpful I just wanted more time to look at other products

Very helpful staff, the item was in the online shop for less and I asked if they could match it and they did. Always get asked if we need any help but then left to browse.

It was easy to find the knives that I wanted as the staff were very helpful.
I am disabled and it was good to be able to test a knife on vegatables and the knife cut through them like butter. Will buy more of the knives next time we go to the Outlet.
