Very helpful assistant who was very knowledgeable about the product.

The product is excellent, the lady in the shop was not overly helpful until it became clear that I was going to buy, initially she said she couldn’t help me, when I found what I wanted she became very good.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Unfortunately one of the pans bought was the wrong one, simple error by the staff as the pans were boxed, now have to make another trip to exchange it.

Service was friendly and efficient. This shop is just what Plymouth needs.

The staff really know their product and this is the second time I've bought kitchen knives. It's great to be able to try one to see how it feels and they patently also have protocols to ensure it is all done safely. Regarding the knives, very good indeed.
