Great, helpful staff. Knife is great and so is their other products

As always staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.

Probably not a good time for the staff as they were having a closing down sale but they were still professional and willing to offer advice on sales.

unfortunately the shop was closing down at Teesside park so didn’t have much stock left. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. Over the years I have bought lots of items from pans to a gadget to open cans & the quality is first class.

ProCook only sells quality products , my favourite go to shop for all our kitchen needs .

Despite the upcoming closure of the store, the staff were lovely and really helpful. The discounts were good too. The pans are fab, worth every penny.

My experience has always been the best. Staff very helpful, don’t mind if you change your mind a few times. Very sad my local branch is closing this Saturday. Don’t know where I will go now. Service to a high standard.

The shop was very busy but the shop assistants communication skills and services were above standard. They explained the guarantees about each product and I found that excellent.

The staff were so friendly and informed! It will be sad to see them go!

Staff at Teesside Park Pro Cook were so helpful as I wasn’t sure which pan I wanted. Chose a wedge wood blue cast iron frying pan as I needed it to be oven safe. The pan is heavy but perfect annd washes easily so I’m thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. The sadness is that this store is closing soon due to no fault of their own. They will be greatly missed.

Helpful in choosing the right item for the job staff were 5star.
