The member of staff was very obliging, taking time to answer my questions. There was no pressure and i made a very satisfactory purchase. I can't pass a ProCook shop without popping in.

Work better than I expected
compared with my 14 years old Bosch standmixer ,it is much much better than I expected . I had been done some research online before I buy a new stand mixer which said Pro cook stand mixer 8/10 , what the comment was it took a bit time to make a dough but when I use it which is great not taking a lot of time so I think it is 9/10 for me as it just a bit noisy for me but it is acceptable 😀.

Rude comment
Asked about Bluelight, perfectly happy that it wasn't accepted on purchases under £30. Man who served me went on to say that they used to do Bluelight but "everyone was a teacher a few years ago" implying that anyone and everyone was using Bluelight.
I am a teacher currently on maternity leave and you have to prove ID to receive Bluelight. Just felt it was rude and misinformed.

Pleasant and helpful staff who got the balance of attention just right. Good to see products on display and in particular cutlery which we intended to buy.
Will definitely be returning in future as the prices seem very reasonable for quality goods.

I had a fabulous shopping trip to Pro Cook White Rose Leeds. Nick was so helpful and kind advising me of which knives suited me and what pans suited my budget, He even too my products to the car for me I experienced royal service. Would highly recommend.
