The member of staff was very obliging, taking time to answer my questions. There was no pressure and i made a very satisfactory purchase. I can't pass a ProCook shop without popping in.

Went for a look at new knives
Went for a look at new knives, which is a bit of a minefield as there was a lot of choice(!) so we approached Samantha for advice. We explained what we currently used and the knives we felt we needed to replace. Samantha was extremely knowledgeable and we left with just what we needed, thank you Samantha, we’ll be back soon for sharpener and fillet knife!

Good quality, decent prices, excellent service
Really friendly and helpful staff in the store. Some really lovely stock, at good prices. I have about a hundred things on my own wishlist now, and managed to pick up several good quality small gifts

Free delivery
Really helpful staff. We used free home delivery which arrived 2 days later by dpd. Told if did not arrive by Saturday to contact shop but staff convinced no issue and there wasn't. Excellent. Really impress with pans we bought so far.

Fantastic products at a reasonable price. 10 year guarantee on the bakeware too. I bake ever week and these products are a dream. Hardly need washing as nothing sticks. I will only buy ProCook from now on.
