Booked tyre replacement and fitting online. Arrived before my time and had tyre fitted and drove away in less than 15 minutes. Staff courteous and friendly. Will definitely be using again in the future.

The guys gave a fantastic service. Got me in slightly early as well. The price of the tyre was just what I was looking at, can't fault them.

I was booked into have aircon topped up I think by a new member of staff -unfortunately the day of booking the aircon machine had no gas (simple mistake as I know having been in the trade myself ) the staff here are great not only the next time I booked it they filled the aircon up for free /what great customer service and whilst sat in The waiting room every customer was treated very well -even offered a drink I’m more than pleased and did offer to pay but the kind man at the desk said no it’s on us/ just shows it’s not all about money this company is fantastic and I will highly recommend to anyone /I’ll pop a few beers down for the staff as a thankyou very much and finaky a company with great principles thankyou again

We have been customers for a number of years for tyres, service & MOT's. We feel that this time the level of personal service had dropped, it felt very commercial. Unfortunately I think it's lost its personal touch it had before.today Carl the depot manager rang to try and resolve our issues.this he did to a very satisfactory standard,he has restored my faith in protyre by responding in such a timely fashion, therefore regaining a 5 star rating,thank you Carl.
