Very easy ordering process, even though they don’t seem to use a ‘regular’ way when it comes to payment method. They use SagePay. It’s not a problem, but does make a buyer feel less confident I gues... Ver más

Happy prowler
Shame I couldn’t visit the store in person however the online site worked great and the items arrived very quickly. Also made use of their online promotion at checkout.

product arrived
Yep, all good. I think I could have done with some more verification emails, but otherwise the delivery was perfect and all was well and the product arrived as advertised. Maybe It would be useful to be aware of the dimensions of the products (it's so hard to know what some things are until they arrive) but I don't think this is necessarily necessary.

Bought a card online
Bought a card online. There was no follow up email to say the card had been send . So they did not follow through with their own promised. As yet card still to arrive. I did call them to see what was happening and was told it was sent from the shop not the warehouse and sometimes they do things differently

Respuesta de Prowler
Dear Martin,
Thank you for the feedback and thank you for shopping with us.
I have been investigating internally and first of all I am relived that the order reached you on the day you have left this feedback for us. In case you have any after-sale issues please do not hesitate to contact us via the available methods such as phone, email or chat. Thank you very much.
Please allow me to advise that the dispatch confirmation email may be found in the Spam/Junk folder of your email account. It may be worth having a look. If you are unable to allocate the email please let us know and we will look into that for you.
As stated within the order confirmation email 'Please be aware that we ship from multiple locations to ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible...' hence the advice that orders maybe processed differently. The item location may not necessarily be in our main warehouse.
Thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to leave this feedback.
For future reference please do not hesitate to contact us with any issues or concerns you may have.
Kind regards,
Prowler Customer-Services
