They restrict my account without me violating any law, I complained but my issues hasn't still been resolved

Several years

I've been a member of Purprofile for several years, so this review comes from genuine long-term experience rather than a single bad interaction.

The rewards on offer are token at best. The time investment required to reach even the minimum redemption threshold is substantial, and when you do the maths, the effective hourly return is well below minimum wage. That's not unique to Purprofile, but it's worth being clear-eyed about before signing up.

More frustrating is the redemption process itself. Bank transfers take 30 business days to process -- that's six weeks. In an era when instant bank transfers are standard, this is very hard to justify, and a competing platform I use credits payments immediately.

The recent change of e-gift card provider was the final straw for me. The previous provider included supermarket gift cards, which were the only redemption option I actually used. The new provider offers a range of merchants I either don't use or have never heard of. It feels like a cost-cutting decision made with little thought for existing members.

On the positive side, support has generally been responsive when I've reported the survey errors and technical glitches I've often encountered over the years, though response times have been inconsistent.

Unless you have a lot of spare time and genuinely enjoy completing surveys for their own sake, I'd be hard pressed to recommend Purprofile in its current form.

As we process a high volume of payment requests, transactions are handled in batches to ensure accuracy, meet banking requirements, and comply with security and fraud checks. While we advise a timeframe of up to 30 business days, we always aim to complete payments as quickly as possible.

Your feedback, particularly regarding payment speed and preferred reward options, has been shared with our team and will be considered for future improvements.

We also acknowledge the frustrations around the survey experience. While some aspects are managed by our partners, we’re pleased to hear our support team has been helpful, and we’ll continue working on improving consistency.

Generally a good experience.

The surveys that I actually qualify for are quite enjoyable. I’m a bit annoyed at times when there are five or more surveys in the list and I don’t qualify for a single one. I get really cheesed off when I am disqualified right at the end of a survey for some ridiculous reason or for no apparent reason. I know this is not Pureprofile’s fault. The experience in general is good and the rewards add up fairly quickly.

I signed up to this site last week

I signed up to this site last week. Competed my profile and acumalated 0.75p there were a few surveys on there paying 6p and 8p for 15-20 minute survey I mean really what a joke . Since then . All I seem to be doing is answering nunerouas questions for free. How do you make any money on this site is what I’d like to know. I am registered with many sites and earn decent money but this one there does not seem to be a way to earn. Please guys can tot explain. Thank you

Wow this site went downhill fast

Wow this site went downhill fast, been on it for years but in the last week something changed and all the surveys say "Responses rejected"
well the fact is I didn't answer a single question it comes up with that automatically. Recently it's sister site News Connect surveys was down for awhile and came back up with no surveys for days, still none, be careful this program may be in "damage" control and on the way out so cash out ASAP

Surveys pop up for me to do

Surveys pop up for me to do, and when I click on them, it always says they're closed . Or I can do a lot of a survey, only to be rewarded with 5 or 10 cents.

Top notch experience

Its been a wonderful experience working with PP so far although there was a slight hiccup during a certain transaction but it was resolved professionally.

Time & effort wasted

completed 6 weeks of trial with Zesty Paws product (Dec.2025) but Didn't receive follow up feedback form.Informed Pure profile multiple times next 2 months.They then said would pay reimbursement for trial & tme spent trying to get resolution, to check my account re. payment. However,I CAN'T get into account & have received no payment so far. Messages from Pure profile keep repeating details to go into account to check details of payment & repeating they will reimburse some payment also then stating issue has been solved & case closed.Have sent multiple emails re. this matter since then. I contacted Zesty Paws after trial,they said they would message Pure Profile re. feedback form.These messages read like stock replies but don't address issue. Sarah
