I keep being screened out of surveys…

I keep being screened out of surveys with no real explanation and takes me longer to meet my goals payouts take to long but I am grateful and thankfull for the oportunity to make extra cash when I do get surveys

Always heaps of surveys to do. Hardly ever run out. Great monthly competition if you dont qualify for a survey you go in the draw to win a prize

great surveys

great surveys that are very easy for us older people to do although at the moment all surveys I try to do say I am not eligible for 1 of many reasons. We have tried several things to correct this issue but to no avail. What is weird is that I am able to do pure spectrum surveys without any problems. Wow it's great now i'm able to do some surveys so things are looking up. Thank you so much Pure Profile

i am having trouble accessing surveys

i am having trouble accessing surveys . I am told have done it /computer settings or incompatability. i have been a member for years and this is only a recent problem. I have contacted you many times and there appears to be no answer .If the problem is my end i am not I T knowledgeable enough to fix it

Avoid

Surveys screen out before you've even started or half way through you get screened out or, even worse, completely finish and no reward. I have lost count of the contact I've made with them and all you get is 'sorry, but you are encouraged to try a new survey' They are honestly hopeless, used to be great but now rubbish. Tiny rewards when you do eventually get one. Takes ages to cash out and when you do takes ages to receive. Don't waste your time. I'm done with them, many others that are far better.

They have recently changed their gift card company from Prezzee who were great to giftbee who are not so great. A change should be for the better not worse

A majority of the surveys work very…

A majority of the surveys work very well. However, there are some providers who use Pureprofile for whom none of their surveys work for me. Pureprofile are not able to troubleshoot those. Then there are some surveys which one completes only to be presented with an error screen or a screen which says that one is not eligible to collect points. In these cases it is vitally important to have taken a screenshot and know the survey's CID number in order to report the problem to Pureprofile. Most of the time these problems are resolved (quite professionally and quickly) by their staff. Some of the surveys cover very interesting topics and are extremely well-written. Some look like they have been written by a person with little knowledge of English grammar and by someone who has very little idea how to design surveys.

Incorrectly crediting for completed surveys

I was paid the correct amount after writing a complaint. My account was correctly credited. Thank You...but, it continues to happen and is very frustrating when spending time to do your surveys and get paid a penny instead of what is owed. If you look at my activity, you will see that I completed the surveys, but not paid right. It just continues to happen and it is becoming to seem as a huge waste of my time.

I am so pleased to.be a part

I am so pleased to.be a part of this survey platform and always try to do them as soon as possible .Sometimes due to my age 89 I think I miss out on earning rewards as the surveys are not always suitable for me ,but at least I can have the chance to click on the star to be in a competition to win the prize .It is always nice to claim a.reward which goes into PayPal .so.all in.alll Pureprofile is worth the time

This is definitely one of my favorite…

This is definitely one of my favorite survey sites but, just the other day, I was waiting for a code to be sent to my phone so I could redeem for a gift card but before the code even arrived I received a message stating that I was timed out of inputting code. Scared the living daylights out of me as I have an old phone that sometimes takes up to 30/40 seconds before a code will even appear. I also have arthritis in my hands so that automatically means I am slower than most to type in numbers. I have brought this issue up once before, a long time ago, and it seemed to be resolved but now the same issue is back again. Hoping someone can sort this out. Tried going through contact site but it doesn't work.
