After reaching out to several companies with zero response or lukewarm interest, finding Van Werks was a breath of fresh air. From my very first call with Steve, the experience has been second to none The team’s process is seamless:
Consultation: Steve provided incredible detail and advice right off the bat. I can't stress enough how much this man has helped our build come together.
Planning: Steve invited us to meet Justin to iron out the vision, and Chris was fantastic with making our various amendments.
Execution: Ryan’s workmanship on the final conversion is nothing short of exceptional. I honestly feel like the world is ours now; we’re unbelievably excited to travel in our fully converted dream camper—so much so that we’re heading off today!
It is so apparent how much this team cares and how passionate they are about their craft. They’ve truly restored my faith in quality service. I’ve already booked back in for an awning in May and will be booking again for a diesel heater later this year. I wouldn’t go anywhere else—absolute legends!

Peace of mind VAG service
I’ve been a few times and I’ve only received excellent service. Recently Kelvin managed to fit my car in with very short notice as I was selling it and needed the dashcam removed, he also managed to provide a courtesy car too!
Needless to say my new A3 will be visiting soon.

Was recommended to go to Quattro Tech a few years ago when the local main dealer was blatantly ripping me off and causing huge amounts of unneccesary work. What a breath of fresh air to come here. Fantastic friendly efficient, down to earth, looking after my now two vehicles with no fuss, no dramatics, just great honest service and thats all before we say at a fabulous price too. Cant recomend highly enough.

Quattro-Tech St Ives never fails to deliver great service
Had used the St Ives Quattro-Tech branch for many years with my previous Cupra, and recently again with our new family Ateca. Always found the team to be reliable and very honest with required work and costs. Ross has been great and very flexible with our situation to get our car back on the road as soon as possible. Seat Leon Cupra 4Drive
Recently took my Seat Leon for its 60000 mile service. It also had the brake fluid changed and Haldex service. I was able to book the car in weeks in advance, received a reminder and wasn’t charged a fortune.
Recommended to me and happy to pass on that recommendation.

Highly recommended for sales and service
I bought my ŠKODA Octavia 2.0 TSI from Quattro-Tech cars, St Ives and have just used Quattro-Tech Bury St Edmunds for a service.
I would highly recommend both sites to anyone looking to buy a used VAG group car or have their car serviced.
All staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Alex at Bury.

Friendly and polite with great communication. My two-year-old Audi A4 was serviced according to the manufacturer’s schedule, substantially below main dealer price and my car was ready for collection before the time I’d requested, 10/10 for Quattro-tech.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
I recently visited Quattro Tech and honestly could not be happier with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, Chris and Millie were incredibly welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful. It is very clear that they truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure everything is explained properly and handled with care.
Nothing felt rushed and they took the time to answer questions and make sure I was comfortable with everything. That level of attention and customer service is quite rare these days and it really stood out.

Quattro Tech Maintenance
Located close to us in St. Ives, this year we chose Quattro Tech to carry out a service and MOT on our Skoda Octavia. We were not disappointed in that the work was carried out efficiently. Staff were friendly and their feedback on car collection was appreciated.
