Staff at Quattro Tech and VanWerks in St. Ives, Cambridge are a superb group of highly knowledgeable individuals. I originally purchased the vehicle here because of the excellent service I had received. I returned for my service and first MOT. The staff are a marvellous group of very friendly and professional people. Customer Service is unrivalled. The management, receptionists and mechanics are truly dedicated and compassionate about their individual roles. They are technical genius' and solve problems without adding unnecessary complications to bump up the bill. They swiftly respond to emails and phone calls if like me you like to worry.
I live in Norfolk and am quite frankly tired of garages big and small charging ridiculous prices for items not requested or required. So, I am more than happy to drive to Harding Way, St. Ives in Cambridge.
The cost of servicing was very respectful. They rang me to discuss findings and costs and got on with the jobs requested. No one belittled me or tried adding extra work. They take time to explain if you don't understand. They phoned me when the service was completed. Couldn't be more thrilled with this company.
I will be back and I would certainly recommend in a heartbeat.

This company has looked after my Audi for over 10 years. If I have an issue. I go to the garage, they chat issue through with me explain what is needed in language I understand, it is booked in and repaired. All of the staff are great, friendly and helpful. This time due to waiting for a part the car was going to be ready later than expected, I explained that I had an appointment ( health related). They pulled out all the stops and got me to my appointment on time. Amazing service. Thank you Kelvin and team

Excellent service from Quattro-Tech. They completed the donor-VIN adaptation and all coding for my replacement Audi A4 ABS pump in around one hour. The team was knowledgeable, professional and efficient, and the car was returned fully coded and working correctly.

Great place to take your car, honest, accommodating and trustworthy. Been using for a while now and great service all round, thanks guys!!

I had my car in with the main VW dealership and they DIAGOSED my car as having a problem with the passenger side air bag wiring harness, they charged me £160 for the diagnostics plus quoted a further £800 to rectify the issue. I got a price of £600 from QUATRO they ordered the part I was told but after they checked upon arrival they issue I was given seems to be incorrect.
They charged me £93 which is some different to the VW GARAGE. My advice would be to avoid the VW dealership and use QUATRO.

We bought a lovely VW T Roc Jake and Dan were very friendly and not pushy at all.
