We recently had some alterations made to the kitchen area of our campervan. From start to finish our experience with VanWerks was painless and professional. Their communication and workmanship is perfect. You would never know the kitchen has been taken apart and put back together again. Very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending.

We chose QuattroTech Vanwerks for our…window installation
We chose QuattroTech Vanwerks for our campervan window installation (1 side door, 2 rear) due to their strong reviews and excellent initial communication. The installation appeared fine, but within weeks, it became obvious that both rear windows leaked. To avoid a long return trip, we provided videos and details as requested. The issue was never properly diagnosed by QuattroTech, but after contacting the window supplier ourselves, it became clear the drainage holes had been completely sealed during installation. We had to spend hours removing excess sealant to fix the problem, leaving the area looking messy. After pushing for a solution, all communication from QuattroTech stopped entirely (it has now been over 3 weeks). Sealing drainage holes is a basic installation error, and the failure to identify it—or take responsibility—was deeply disappointing. We would not recommend QuattroTech/Vanwerks for van conversion work.

We have reviewed your installation and can confirm we fitted the side door and two rear windows to your Ford. We are very sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the rear window drainage and that this was traced back to an installation error. Although we have not encountered this specific issue previously in over five years of fitting windows, we fully acknowledge that mistakes can happen and we take responsibility where this is the case.
Since becoming aware of the issue, we have reviewed the process internally with our team and have implemented additional post-installation checks to ensure drainage channels are inspected and tested before vehicles leave our workshop. Preventing a recurrence is extremely important to us.
We would also like to sincerely apologise for the breakdown in communication you experienced. This is not the standard we aim to uphold. We have recently strengthened our team with an additional resource to improve responsiveness and ensure customer queries are handled promptly and thoroughly.
We regret that this was your experience and are sorry we did not resolve matters to your satisfaction at the time.

My old Passat estate has been in for two mot,s and a service nothing untoward happened and they just did what was needed, which is great but the thing is,,,,,you just feel confident in all they do and the advice they give.

Thoroughly recommended
Recently used Quattro Tech Cambridge for the first time to fit a new steering rack to my Audi A5 quattro and was very impressed with the service I received.
They were extremely helpful and did the work quickly and at a very reasonable cost.
Have already recommended them to my partner who has booked a service for her Seat next week.
Would thoroughly recommend these guys!

I cant recommend these guys enough
I cant recommend these guys enough. They were able to spot a misdiagnosis from a VW van centre that i was oblivious to - and the van wasn't even in for that! They helped me fight my case with VW all in addition to doing some nice modifications to my T6.

I wish I had discovered this company…
I wish I had discovered this company sooner after being ripped off by main dealers in the area. They have done my services and MOTs for several years and I have never been disappointed.Good service,treated with respect and reasonable prices so cannot be faulted and they really try to accommodate you when sorting times to have the work done.
Recently I had an unexpected breakdown needing a new clutch, they started working on it the same day and vehicle ready the next day knowing that I needed the vehicle. Excellent service and cannot be faulted, not often you can say that about garages in my experience.

We took our VW camper (Bilbo conversion) to Quattro-Tech in St Ives (Cambridgeshire) with an odd problem: the water tank gauge had an intermittent fault showing it was empty even when it had plenty of water. To make matters worse, the on-board `smart' system would not allow us to draw any water, believing that none was available.
I thought this would be a tricky problem to diagnose and put right -- not a bit of it! Ryan was able to identify the cause in a short time and fix it with ingenuity.
Everyone we dealt with at Quattro-Tech St Ives could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I really liked the policy of recording images of the faulty part before the repair, so that the customer can have a good idea of what was done. Also, their labour rates are very reasonable.
We consider ourselves lucky to have Quattro-Tech St Ives so accessible and clearly we do not need to look any further for all of our VW camper repairs in future.
Enthusiastically recommended!

Pleased to have moved to QT Cambridge
After 10 years using a main dealer, I took my Skoda Octavia to QT Cambridge for an annual service and MoT. Reception was very professional and courteous and work on my car was completed by mid-afternoon. With good levels of service, good communications and reasonable prices, I'm very pleased with my move to QT.
