Extremely disappointing - MISLEADING LEAD TIME
Extremely disappointing, from point of order up to customer service.
Purchased a cooker online and added installation. The lead time was showing 5-7 working days, it's been now 10 working days till I got an email from the installation partner offering a delivery on the 14th working day.

The delivery team were really patient and so helpful with the delivery if my replacement American Fridge Freezer (had to remove the side gate on the house to get it in) the lads carefully got it in and unpacked it making sure all was correct before leaving
