Common sense did not enter the game
The man on the phone was very particular about me measuring my 10ft wide gates to make sure the new fridge freezer i ordered, fit. Its smaller than the old one currently in situ.

ery disorganised and disappointing service. I received a call informing me that my item would be delivered within 45 minutes, only to receive another call shortly afterwards telling me that it was still at the warehouse. No alternative arrangements or flexibility were offered to accommodate me, and I was even expected to pay an additional charge to rearrange the delivery for a later date. The lack of communication, poor coordination and unwillingness to offer a reasonable solution made the entire experience extremely frustrating. I expected a much more professional and customer-focused service.
