Wish I could give minus stars.
Terrible company I ordered plants in March end of July contacted this company to be told they were lost! Promised a refund 6 weeks and 6 emails later still no refund they are now not answering me please do not order from RG plants these companies should not be allowed to operate they are crooked

Avoid at all costs. They’re complete con artists. The website is very misleading, I ordered in November 2025, my despatch date was given as March 2026 onwards, despite not saying that online. I spoke to the owner, who assured me goods would be sent out in spring. After 6 months i requested refund as the goods id still not received m, but I got totally ignored as expected . I went through my bank as a chargeback. I got the refund and it was not disputed by rg plants. They then sent part the order out, 4 months later than the due date, the most small, pathetic looking plants I’ve ever seen it was laughable . Then on August (6 months after drawing a line under it as I’d had a refund from my bank) they then despatched the balance of the order. The plants were tiny, skinny, hardly rooted half dead rubbish. Id had a refund though so just binned them. Awful company. Avoid at all costs. I have no idea how they’re still trading.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Placed an order 16/4/26 - no correspondence from the company whatsoever following my money being taken. Unable to contact via phone/email etc despite several messages being left. No plants ever received. Trying to obtain a refund through my bank.

I'm am still awaiting fascias that I ordered in May. Invoice has been paid and unable to get hold of customer services. I'm not holding out any hope having read these reviews. First time ever I've not checked Trustpilot before placing an online order. Lesson learned!

Iv emailed and messaged through messenger regards an awaiting order that should have been dispatched before the end of may where as now we are near the end of june the part order i recieved 18 fuchia plugs only 6 have survived most was dead on arrival again no response from seller messaged on the day of arrival from start to finish this site's a joke and the responses they get through platforms like Facebook can only be false going by what iv read since placing that order

This company should not be in business! Every aspect is poor - they take your money way before delivery of really rubbish plants which are feeble, broken and too late for planting out. My delivery was also short so then trying to get a refund for the non- delivered items becomes a nightmare. Impossible to communicate with them by phone or email as they have all the tricks in place to avoid. In short they are a disgrace to the horticultural trade and should be avoided at all cost.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Avoid this company ordered plant only half delivered no customer service to enquires as regards to delivery date totally ignored .Others have had the same issues Aviod Aviod Aviod

Avoid this company. We ordered plants last year to be delivered for planting this year. No sign of the plants and absolutely no response to any communication with the company

Ordered plants ages ago, still no delivery. Tried emailing and telephoning and don't answer. Is this technically theft?

Do not buy from this company you will not receive your order. You cannot contact them and just get an automated response

Placed an order for 200 plants on 12/3. Emailed question on 30/3 to politely ask for indicative delivery date. As of 17/4 no answer. Have sent follow up email but based on the other reviews I have some concerns. I would not recommend them at this time as there seems to be a fundamental trading issue. Will provide further update if my fears prove to be unfounded but wanted to give others fair warning.

was quite surprised to actually receive the plants due to all the bad reviews on here. it took about a month which wasn't ideal to grow my fuchsias on for the summer, but the plants were in excellent condition when they arrived

Great plants ,packaging ,service and value for money,will use again

No response ever received.

I gave this company a 1 star review 5 days ago, but since then my plants arrived!! The plants are in fabulous condition, and extremely well packed, and the reason i am only now giving them 3 stars is due to the utterly atrocious customer service, or rather, total lack of ! (for some reason I'm unable to edit my original review)
Whoever, (if anyone) is responsible for contacting customers, for goodness sake get a grip! I wanted the plug plants i ordered to arrive asap, as I intended to grow them on, indoors, so they would be a suitable size for planting out in the spring. The original order confirmation was confusing as to when they would be despatched, so after contacting them via the form on their website (NIL response) contacting them via phone and leaving a message requesting a call back (NIL response) and trying to email them ( email address not recognised for some bizarre reason!) I gave up.
I was very annoyed to just get another email from them on Sept 16th stating my goods would be despatched in March 2026.
I was totally infuriated when the VERY NEXT DAY, Sept 17th, I got a further email, stating my goods had been despatched!!!
2 days later they arrived, and in all honesty I could not have been happier, if only they had either bothered to respond to any of my queries, or just hadn't bothered to send any information at all, and just sent them!!
The plants are excellent, I can't say otherwise, and but for all the rigmarole of trying to get any contact with this company just to clarify a despatch date, this would have been a seamless transaction deserving of a 5 star review.
But they are NOT getting 5 stars due to their blatant disregard of responding to customers, and sending out totally contradictory emails, just 1 day apart.
Get a grip if you plan to progress for goodness sake, because the plants you sent out are great, your disregard for customers is not.

I too placed an order, only for a small amount, but nonetheless expected my goods. I tried to contact them on their website contact form, to no avail and called them, which just rang and rang without answer.
My order was placed a week ago, and on their email conformation was their own email address, which does not exist!! How they can send an email, but I cannot send an email to the same email address is beyond me.
So I rang my bank.
You absolutely CAN get your money back via your Bank, your Credit Card Company, or any other payment method such as Paypal or Klarna - my Bank specified I have to wait 15 days from placing the order, so please - contact your provider from where you sent the payment and ask for their departments which deal with Disputed Payments and explain what has happened. Maybe once we all start claiming our money back this scam company will be forced to cease trading

As with everyone else on here, I wish I had read reviews before ordering, ordered March, allegedly dispatched end June, never received. No reply to emails, phone not answered or cuts off as soon as you start to leave a message. Do not use this company EVER

Don't order from this company, they don't respond to emails or messages and take your money without fulfilling the orders. I eventually received a small amount of the plants I ordered but still have about £68 worth of plants still outstanding. Total rip offs, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wish I had checked here before ordering! Over a month: no plants, no dispatch, no replies to emails, no-one picking up phone

Ordered plants frome RG plants. On 28th march 2025 for the sum of £94.86.
Not recived plants, tryed ringing them, just get answer matchin. Also
Emailed them a few times but they dont answer them, left phone messages as well a few times still no reply.
Its now june 28th and still got no where with this company.
