After failing at the last minute to fulfil most of the order I placed on May 1st 2025, this firm told me I had been refunded for the remainder. I have not. They owe me £33.55. It is now June 26; I have emailed and received no reply and have also phoned and been unable to get through to anybody.

Please avoid this company. They are at best incompetent, at worst dishonest and most definitely have contempt for their customers. There are a thousand better nurseries out there and I only wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered from them.

Should have looked at reviews before placing my order. I cannot get any responses whatsoever to my emails and calls to find out when my order will arrive.. Although it wasn't a big order, these are plugs and still have to be grown on. I have lost the summer trying to plan my garden. My advice is go somewhere else.

Ordered plants 3 months ago. Never arrived. Emailed them to cancel order - Never replied. Trid calling multiple times - Never answer. I'd like my money back please I have no use for these plants at this point

Ordered a rare tatting fern, but got sent a common one instead. Emailed and called a dozen times but got no response.

Looking at the reviews, rgplants seemed to get good ratings until about a year ago. Since then it's been mainly 1 star reviews so I suspect something has changed at the company.

Don't touch them. Paid for an order but not recieved. Phoned, emailed many times but no reply.
CANT BE TRUSTED

I have left a review before. I did finally reach someone via WhatsApp and was eventually able to get half of the plants I ordered over 12 months ago, I was told this isn't their normal standard of service blah blah blah, and promised a partial refund, which I was told had been sent to my bank card, I told the man I spoke to that I no longer had that card, and was told that if the refund bounced back to them he would be in touch. I haven't had the refund and he hasn't been in touch. I manage to get him on a WhatsApp call a couple of days ago where he promised to call back with an update "in about an hour", well that was now 48 hours ago!! I spent almost £60 and have recieved half the plants several of which have died since receipt although they were potted on immediately and cared for well. I'm beyond disappointed and angry. Looking in to next steps.

Dreadful company.
I ordered plugs in April. Spent £45 and still haven't received my goods. As with others, I have emailed, messaged, facebooked, called but had the same success as others! no reply, voicemail full etc. Had the standard auto response. I think they operate from a nursery garden in Solihull so my next stop is trading standards solihull to have them investigated and I suggest others in the same boat do the same. Unfortunately I paid by debit card so can not get my money back. I just hope others read the reviews before buying online. Wish I had!! Extremely upset to be scammed like this.

I ordered £50 worth of plants 65 days ago, nothing has arrived, I have left voice mails, emails, Facebook messages. Nothing. The phone always goes to an answering machine phone and I don’t think they even listen to them.

The plants I received were almost dead. I emailed the same day as the delivery, got automated response but no rep!y within 48 hours. I have emailed twice since and tried their phone number but get cut off each time. I would like a refund but cannot contact them without writing a letter. Hopelessly inconsiderate company. Do not buy from them.

Seems I have been added to the list of no show plants and no reply to e mails about time something was done with this firm

Ordered plants from rgplants after 28 days sent them an email to say plants hadn’t arrived, no answer from company but got plants 4days later, and most of plants were dead and containers they were in were broken so plants were squashed. So disappointed rubbish company, have wasted my money. Have complained to company but of course no reply.

RG Plants took my money and never sent the plants I ordered over a month ago. They completely ignore all emails and won’t answer the phone. This company is a total scam. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. They should not be in business.

I ordered several types of plug plants from RG plants, only a small portion of my order has arrived. I’ve tried to contact the company by email and I only get an automated reply, They do not answer their phones or reply to left voicemails.
Stay well clear.

RG Plants (Warwickshire) is a complete SCAM. The company has been dissolved and yet the website remains live and takes orders. THE ORDERS NEVER ARRIVE. None of the telephone numbers get answered and neither does the website. Fortunately, I paid via American Express and expect to be refunded.

Please don't order from this company, they are operating fraudulently! Placed an order some months ago. Contacted them after 28 days when I had received nothing and got an autoresponse email to say they would get back to me. When they didn't I tried ringing (no reply) Since have tried emailing and ringing numerous times and now have to accept that my £60 has gone! Don't understand how they can continue to trade, why can nothing be done to stop them taking peoples money. Surely this must be illegal!!

I ordered plants over 2 months ago with delivery March/April. They haven't arrived and not answering emails. With lots of negative reviews why are they allowed to continue to take orders with no intention to supply.

Could not give a zero star although that's what this deserves. This is a dormant company and has been for five years. They are taking payments and trading which is contrary to company law. They do not answer emails or phone calls and have not supplied the plants I ordered at the start of the year. This is a scam, please avoid. I will be reporting this company.

Avoid this company. Last year I received pathetic fuchsia plugs that all died and petunia plugs that were supposed to be all hot pink but were two different colours. I have been gardening for over 50 years and never had problems with other companies. Have tried phoning and emailing them numerous times. They never reply. Please do not give these people your custom. They do not deserve to be in business.

1 star is too generous for these , don't want take responsibility for there defective items , don't trade work them they don't deserve your money
