This company is an absolute joke. They take your money, don't deliver your items and then just ignore your telephone calls, messages, emails. I must congratulate them on their hard work at being able to provide such an awful level of customer service. It must be difficult to continually maintain this, so well done.

Unbelievably I just got a request for more information regarding my experience with this company having left my original review in July '24!! I ordered from this company once and received great plants but the second order never arrived. I got an email confirming the order then despite multiple calls and emails, nothing!! £57.89 and approaching a year since the original order (May '24) and out of the blue, I get this request. I'm not holding my breath as I fear I might turn a funny colour... but you never know.

Do not waste your money with this company. The order I placed never arrived. No reply to my 7 emails or 5 phone calls.
It would appear to be a scam.

Con. Don't use. No one answers emails, the phone or website chat. Been waiting since June for a plant. All these £20s add up and someone is getting money for nothing. I've reported them to Action Fraud through the .GOV link online.

Second time order hasn't arrived, thought it was unlucky the first time, just don't understand why someone customers receive their plants but most don't, no reply to emails or telephone calls. Avoid this company like the plague! If you do order make sure you use a credit card

Avoid. Either totally incompetent or a scam. I ordered 40 plug plants in Feb 2024. They have never delivered or given a refund. Absolute disgrace.
Update: the are trading as Hampton Nurseries now.

The pre-purchase screen promised a 10% discount if one agreed to receive their newsletter. Never got the 10% at checkout. Two emails I sent querying this were not responded to. My follow-up phone call went straight to Ansafone and has not (so far today) been responded to. I await the goods but so far a poor show by this company.

Please avoid the same as many customers take your money and no plants arrive

A bad experience. Along with many other people writing reviews on this website, I too have had problems. I placed an order with them in January this year and I am still waiting for the plants. I have sent them numerous emails and phone messages, and even wrote to one of their Directors, but no attempt to reply at all, it's just plain rude. All I want is a refund or the plants.

I ordered bedding plants in May. These were supposed to be delivered late June. No sign and it's now September. Over all these months, I have been trying to communicate with RG Plants to no avail. They don't answer the phone, don't reply to left phone messages, don't return emails and just ignore customers once they have taken our money. For some reason, I didn't look at the reviews, having ordered plants, bulbs and seeds in huge amounts from various online companies over the last few years and just expecting them to be sent. How they can pocket all this cash with seemingly no intention of sending the goods is beyond me. They have been doing this for so long and getting away with it. It's the first time I have been scammed and I am kicking myself now. Please don't order anything from these people.

Still waiting, a bit late for plants even though I have been in touch, quite a few times, with no reply, so have asked for a refund but to no avail. I have ordered from this company for a few years and have been delighted, so something must have gone wrong, very sad.

Ordered 9th May. Non have arrived. Its now the end of August. I called and left emails multiple times.. I've been very reasonable with them. But no communication. Its now time to head to the bank and see what I can get back. It was a substantial order.

On 3rd August 2024 I placed an order for Garden News Fuschias. I still have not received my order .I messaged them via their website and got no response. I have tried ringing twice and only get voicemail and despite leaving a request they contact me they have failed to do so. What an appalling service!! I now want to cancel my order but I can't because they ignore any attempts to contact them,

COMPANY SHOWING AS DORMANT ON COMPANIES HOUSE WEBSITE AND GOING THROUGH COMPULSORY STRIKE OFF SO ARENT TRADING!!! Absolutely awful company. Took my money fast enough for an order, and then..... nothing for over 2 months. No delivery, no response to emails, no update on why my plants haven't been delivered. If I'd seen all the negative reviews on here before, I wouldn't have ordered at all and would advise everyone to avoid them!

I ordered several plants in January. Some plants arrived in April as was expected as a poor Spring.
However, I have not received about half of the order and cannot get a response either online or by telephone.
My messages and EMails get auto Response replies that they will get back to me in 72 hours but they never do. I shall go to Trading Standards and my Credit Card supplier with reluctance as I want the plants rather than hassle.

Don't touch this company. Same problem as everyone else on here. Ordered March and still no plants by end of July. No response from them despite emails calls messages still nothing. The flowers ordered were for wedding marquee next week for a couple. Horrendous company but I used them last year and brilliant couldn't of faulted them at all. What went wrong ????? Can't believe they are still advertising on Facebook too.

Can't give less than one star otherwise I would do. Plants ordered in April. Despite phone calls and emails no response, and the plants have never been received. Having read all the other reviews I cannot understand how they are still in business.
