Basically same as a lot of customers. Placed an order beginning of May. Never fulfilled the order. Multiple e-mails and phone calls. Could only get to leave a message when I rang, never replied.
Only got an automated response via e-mail.
Now I shall be taking action to get my money refunded.
Don't waste your time with this company. You will be disappointed.

The heading says it all really - check for yourself. Do not use this company. They took my money, failed to deliver and are uncontactable. Wish I had read the other reviews here first.

I'm always reluctant to leave a bad review as understand things happen, but sadly got to agree with others and wish I had read reviews here first before ordering from this company. No plants after 6 weeks and no reply to my emails. Shocking (lack of) service. Would avoid at all costs.

Ordered plants, nothing arrives.
They do not answer phone, all you get is 'leave a message, but they never reply

Do not reply to e mails either.
Have put in chargeback request with bank.
Trusted them as they were they say established UK company.

At last the plants are on their way. The company’s communication was appalling with just a standard and non-specific response sent.
Don’t go there.

Wish I had read these reviews first I would never have ordered from them. Have ordered Fuchsias from them and they came quite quickly. I then ordered a selection of annuals and perennials. A small part of this order delivered but of the bulk of the order, nothing. Emailed for an update after five weeks and an automated reply indicated they would respond within 72 hours and four weeks on still no response. There mobile number diverts to a voice mail and like their email no response .Their land line message says their message box is full and can’t take any more messages. They seem quite determined not to interact with their customers. Don’t mess with them they are not worth the trouble. My card provider forced a refund

Scam Company.

They will not deliver your plants. And you will be unable to contact them. Do not order from them. Internet scam company. Report to Trading Standards.

Ordered plants 27th March, have received nothing and cant get a response from the phone or email. Very disappointing as last years the flowers were beautiful. They shouldnt be allowed to trade.

Placed an order for trailing geraniums in April…now end May and no sign of them. I’ve emailed and called but no response. Will now need to get plants from somewhere else and initiate credit card chargeback which is time consuming. Wouldn’t recommend obviously!

ZERO STARS FROM ME. Placed an order in 4th March. Tried numerous times to contact them. Still no delivery or contact as of 30th May. Dreadful company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .

I Have emailed this company three times, and still no response. I placed my order weeks ago and only received half of it over a month after ordering. I
Asked for a refund for the remaining plants that still haven’t been delivered but have had zero response or refund.
Absolutely shocking, and I would strongly advise anyone to go elsewhere.
Terrible communication and behaviour only wish I’d looked on here before purchasing.

Plants arrived in poor condition, followed by appalling customer service.
Twisting what I said as if I were trying to send back plants not wanted not because they are virtually dead! Have given up as the attitude is so bad and blaming the customer ! AVOID!!

Avoid at all cost , they took my money did not send my plants so i cancelled my order they promised to send a cheque in the post, i know the post can be slow, but i cancelled on the 1st May and today the 20th May still no cheque, they do not answer their phones or emails, obviously they need the money more than i do

Beautiful, healthy fuchsia and trailing geranium plugs. Arrived on time, well packaged. Far superior to the larger companies I have used in the past. Very good customer service. Well done RG Plants. I won't go anywhere else now.

All my plugs arrived well packed and in good health and questions I asked via email were answered quickly.Impressed with the service provided👍

I wish I had read the majority of reviews on Trustpilot before placing an order with this company.

Here is my experience:
- they take your money
- they do not ship the goods
- they do not respond to emails
- they do not answer the phone during working hours
- they do not respond to voice mails.

I am now awaiting a refund. If that does not materialise, then the next step is to request my bank to initiate a chargeback.

UPDATE: have now received rest of my plants.. personally think this company haven’t got the man power to deal with the customers in summer, doesn’t help when u r being told parcel is out next week but no explanation who 1/2 is missing. All in all happy with my fuchsia plugs which are now thriving!

Have only received 1/2 my order, was assured by rude girl on phone that i would receive it 2 wks ago... these hot lips were ordered for my 82yr old mum... she's v disappointed as am i! They were very quick to ring up for bank details even though i'd hadn't requested it?! Man was telling me how well they are doing since covid, which i was please for them! sadly i think their time is limited, you can't treat customers this way, ignoring e mails, calls, lying and not sending out plants people have paid for! I believe this is theft!

Rude manager & staff ,sent refund cheque unable to get to bank disabled refused to pay back onto card took money quick enough.disgraceful conduct got told to get someone to do it for me. Girl arguing with me ,manager rude and blaming me .I thought Customer service was a priority in business obviously not this business cowboys

Placed the order and paid. They took the money and run. I didn't receive the plants and no further contact from them. I have called 20 times and left messages over the last weeks, but never an answer or reply. I suspect they've gone bust.

I ordered eight trays of spring plug plants for delivery in early spring 2024. I received the first two sets of plants (320 in total) on the 10th of April however they arrived badly damaged and one half of the order should have been Alyssum plug plants but they were the totally wrong plants.
I have emailed the company three times now along with numerous photos and received no reply. I rang the telephone number listed and they could not put me through.
I plants the 61 plugs that had not been damaged and whilst they have grown as suspected they are the totally wrong plant.
The outstanding part of my order has still not been dispatched and there has been no notification or reason for this. It is too late I the year to plant them now.
