Ordered a gift for a loved one. Online it stated a agreeable delivery time frame. It is bow way past this and still on pending status with no word from them. Have phoned and had rude service over the phone. Would not recommend their service.

I ordered some fuchsia and salvia plants in July 2023 intending to grow them on however the order was never received. I contacted RG Plants and in August 2023 they gave me several options and I opted to have the order fulfilled this year.
I contacted them on 8th April this year and was informed the next batch was waiting to come out of the propagator and they would be ready for dispatch the following week.
I contacted them again on 27th April and 1 May and still have not had a response.
Save your money and use a different company as it appears that my only option is to go down the small claims court route.

Received a large part of my order and they are supherb, Fuchsia are strong and plugs are of excellent size.
Looking forward to receiving the remainder of my order.

No update on my order and will never respond to emails or voice mails that I have left them, despite a 48 hour response. If my order turns up it will be a miracle?

Update: the plants arrived today in good order, so my only complaint remains the lack of communications from RG Plants.

Have now received new replacement plants which were in much bigger box and undamaged so I have to be fair and change my opinion whilst the problem should not have happened the company have put matters right perhaps better packing might be a more long term cost effective practice???? ::-original post. plants delivered after 2 month wait Crushed! informed RG via email immediately with photos. had automated response saying they would respond within 48 hours absolutely nothing has happened and I cannot get through
on telephone really disappointed bad experience and bad customer service.
UPDATE:- Have now received email saying a replacement order will be sent. no other contact and No Plants.! read all the previous reviews there are so many bad ones wish I had read before placing order. Question for RG Plants. does it not concern you that so many people are unhappy with You?? Take some action to salvage your reputation its in tatters at the moment.

WOW!!! I have had delivered 60 plugs today - Giant fuchsia, geraniums, nemesia, trailing geraniums- the plugs are a really good size, packaged (on the whole very well and will clear indicators of what they are. First lot of fuchsia potted up, rest will be done tomorrow. I will be surprised if i have any issues with these! Thankyou RG Plants!!

Ordered a large number of plants but then had a health issue so rang the company to cancel the order. Laura was extremely helpful and cancelled the order and returned my money in full. I will definitely order again when health allows.

I heard of RG plants through social media, even though SM has its reputation about scammers, the offer that RG plants had for fuchsias was, may I say a little bit hard to believe, I went with it, and what I have received, and on time, I am really pleased with, the package was solid and secure, and the plants where individually packed with a key number and a check list. The plants were in excellent condition, no damage and still moist, they have been potted up and are doing fantastic, I cannot wait to see the results, I spoke to Richard a couple of times about updates and he was very helpful, even telling me my order was on its way, I am already looking at more plants to buy, not only for me but the care home where I volunteer.
This is, I am aware, is a new company and it beats one leading plant suppliers hands down, I ordered some wall flowers last year, a supplier I have used many times, I got stalks, damaged packaging, I rang the supplier and told them what I had got, inc photo's, they said to soak the plants prior to planting and they will show next year (this year), I lost half of their order, with no recumbence, I will never use them again, first call will be RG Plants. Good luck in the future you deserve it. Thank you

Dispatched yesterday received today. Opened up package and the hardy fushias were very healthy. Can't complain at all.these will grow on great.

After a little delivery mishap (couriers fault, not theirs) the plug plants spent nearly a week in the box and they survived! Great service thank you!

I received my well packaged beautiful plants yesterday. Such strong healthy plants. Very happy indeed.

Just received my trailing Fuschia from this company this lunchtime, from the packaging, which I have never come across before, was a surprise being very flat, but on opening I was amazed how well they were packaged and how fresh they looked !
I have transplanted them as per very good instructions and now under my grow lamps
I have given them a five star rating, which I think is well deserved and I will be using them again, very soon

If I could I would give zero stars for this company. I ordered plug plants end of December 2022 and beginning of January 2023. The total amount was £71.45. I was expecting these plants to arrive spring or early summer. Despite numerous unanswered phone calls and emails only one batch of begonias arrived and I was promised a further batch of fuchsias would arrive once they had been rooted. Nothing was ever mentioned from them about my order from January. After several more weeks of waiting (which took me past the 180 days when I could open up a dispute with paypal) I realised they were not going to come. My requests for a refund for the remaining plug plants was ignored. By this time it was too late to buy any more plug plants from elsewhere. This company should be avoided at all costs. I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Am still trying to obtain a refund with some help from from the Citizens Advice but as RG Plants have not replied to any of my letters it looks like I will be taking them to the small claims court. I will never deal with this company again.
