Ordered Sony tv click ,and collect…
Ordered Sony tv click ,and collect because I did not want to wait in for a delivery-next day!- rang up 2 days later for a progress but told it was not there yet,and were unable to track a click and collect-called in to the shop whist in town on Thursday for an update-not there-Tom -very helpful-checked the computer to find it had been delivered the next day day but put on the wrong shelf and did not generate an email or text to say it was there

Your TV was delivered to store on time, having been ordered on the bank holiday so despatched the following day, but appears to have been booked in incorrectly meaning the store failed to contact you.
We’ll be feeding this back with the team, to ensure they learn from their mistake, and the customer service team will also be reaching out to you directly to follow this up.

The sales assistants literally went…
The sales assistants literally went through all the amplifiers they had in stock as i didnt want to leave without one. It was very close to closing time so I left happy after purchasing the Audiolab 9000a with a nice discount. Even though I wasnt intending on spending anywhere near that amount.
