The service is excellent, delivery to the nearest store by 12 if ordered before 5 is great.

I ordered a rural Audio r410 which is a fancy bit of kit, ordered through thier clearance on a special offer so received a 20% discount through their VIP scheme, they also offer a blue light discount on top. Service is always excellent, brilliant staff in the shop, never pushy but always really well informed and not afraid to tell if you if the thing you are thinking of may not be the best choice. Buy all my AV kit from these guys

We went into the Stockport branch looking to buy a projector and spoke to Tom. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to understand what we were looking for, and pointed us in exactly the right direction.

The projector was delivered the very next day, and the lads who delivered it were absolutely first class — friendly, professional, and arrived exactly when they said they would.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend Richer Sounds highly enough. Great products, great service, and a great team.

I visited this store, already having done my homework about what I thought was best for my setup. The store advisor, reconfirmed what I had already learned, showing how much product knowledge he has.
I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need.
It reminds me of my first experience shopping in that store beck in 1988.

Popped into the Stockport store last sunday as wanted to hear the Denon Home range in action. I was pleased to find they had the whole range ready to go in store. We had a look and whilst other customers were being served by the staff, we managed to Bluetooth connect to the speakers to try them. Staff checked in with us once available and offered their guidance and expertise, but maintained the right balance of letting us experience the product whilst being on standby to help, without being pushy.

We were then able to take the products into the experience room which was great and we formed up our decision. The store didn't have the item in stock, but they ordered it there and then for delivery on Tuesday. John who helped us throughout was great, along with his colleague who chipped in every now and again (unfortunately I didn't catch their name). It was a very personal, professional and friendly service.

The added bonus was the 6 years warranty on the Denon Home 200 charcoal we bought and the delivery arriving next day, instead of the Tuesday which was an extra bonus. Overall, a great visit and will be purchasing again, especially as I plan to expand my Denon Speaker set ups!

I spoke to both Patrick and Matthew over the phone about a refurbished Hisense surround-sound system, and the whole process was easy and a great experience.

Once I arrived at the store, I could clearly tell they really know their stuff. They were very friendly, and Patrick gave me a helpful rundown of the setup.

I've now set up the soundbar and speakers, and everything is working beautifully. I highly recommend this store for their advice, knowledge, and excellent service!
