Very friendly, honest and professional service. I very much enjoyed my experience of buying hi-fi at Richer Sounds. Will shop there again in future.

The sales advise was spot on and the installation perfect.

Very quick service hassle free ordered on Sunday and picked it up on Tuesday. Communication with richer sounds is great with phone calls all the way through the process even a call a week later to see how I was getting on with my new equipment.

The headphones are not the best design. They are always falling out of the ear. The sound is also not great in comparison with other brands priced at same price such as Nothing Ear Plugs.
