I have worked in different firearm shops and gunsmithing shops for the better part of 20 years and my first time to use Wright to bear.com. I was a little hesitant as I had never used them before. I ordered a Glock 19 build kit basically and had some fitment issues which is normal when you’re building a Glock that is manufactured by a different company, other than Glock itself, you were going to have some fitment issues most all of the time at least with something. KEVIN in customer support sent me two different barrels that were over $100 each replace the slide and was on board with me step-by-step until the gun was right, so the products they sell Are great. However, if you get something that out of spec rest assured that their team will fix it, 110%!!! My Pistol runs fantastic now and thanks to KEVIN and his patience. I will be a lifelong customer and if it weren’t for this exceptional customer service that went above and beyond I probably would have not gone back to them . I advise family and friends and anybody out there to try to bear for any and all of their products, because if you are not happy, or if something is wrong, they take care of it pay postage, both ways and everything can’t speak highly enough. Thanks so much guys .

I have made two orders one in 2022 and one in 2023 great company fast service no b.s and got my orders in less that a week. A+

They sent my friends and I 8 lowers and one of the lowers was missing the rear lug pocket.
When I addressed it they told me I didn’t read the product description and they would not make good on their mistake. Most people cannot overcome this issue as this feature is VITAL to already be machined in.
Do not take the chance with this company and shop somewhere else.

I have received fast deliveries from this place not to mention they answered the phone just fine for me and also have called back. From my experience this is absolutely a legit place of business and also quite friendly I might add. A+

Made order on 04-05-23 even after reading the reviews here..
Placed my order then next day had a tracking number waiting to ship.Great I thought.But then next day shipment cancelled and status changed to awaiting fulfillment...Ok.. maybe they're behind...so I waited a week and inquired what was up with my order...got reply that it was cancelled do to there fraud system...No explanation or anything..Then I get an email right afterwards that my ordered is cancelled and refund is being processed will take 3-5 days.....This a week after they charged my card and took payment,..OMG...I Received NO communication from them until I asked about my order or that there was a problem...So...Now Im waiting on refund that according to there own statement doesn't get charged until an order ships.and that's always within 72hrs ..so plenty of time to notify me and refund me before I had to wait a week and ask???..NO excuse for a "Legitimate"company to not reach out to a customer if a problem came up...obviously my payment went through..my address was correct for shipping although 10 miles away because that's were I work,and will be at delivery time....I get items there daily... I did notice them raising the price on what I ordered the very next day...Need I say more? My fraud detector says=STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I had read a number of reviews that made me a little leery of ordering from righttobear.com, so I gave them a call. Kevin assisted me. He was professional, accurate, and proficient. I made a mistake on one of the ordered items, called him back and he intercepted the shipment, made the swap and refunded the difference. There was no delay, no up selling, and the shipment went out promptly. I received every part I ordered without error and quickly. Couldn't ask for more. I heartily recommend RighttoBear.com!

Fast shipping and notification. The low mass BCG was to spec and just as pictured. Rock Bottom pricing considerating todays market for anything firearm related. Deal with confidence, you will not be disappointed.

A few months back I purchased from Right To Bear. Wish I would have read their reviews. Worst experience I have ever had with any guns and ammo store. Sent alternate subpar item when I paid for a good brand name. After calling them out on it they told me I could send it back but would be charged a 15% restocking fee that would be over $100 . What a joke of a company. Can't believe it is Veteran owned. Must have been the Air Force because they are as weak as they come. Avoid at all costs and save the headache of not getting what you ordered.

I don't think there are a viable company. There is no contact information no phone numbers no address. The place the claim as a partial address in edgewater Florida does not exist. I've looked for it i live there.read the website no way to contact them.maybe drop shipper or freight fowarder how do you trust a company with no address or phone in there contact info.

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING From these con artist. LOWERS ARE PAPER WEIGHTS! NO returns for there PAPER WEIGHTS! SO CHOOSE A REPUTABLE SITE! If this owned from our military. SHAME ON YOU@!@

Do not purchase their .308 80% lower. It has fitment issues with every upper I have tried, including the only one they sell on their website - Aero. Takedown pins are not aligned and the rear looks to have too much bulk for When contacted on what upper it actually does fit, Right To Bear did not respond. They also deleted reviews from their website.

Now their AR-15 lowers are solid and work great.

Service was okay. Took over a month to ship an order, but this was not uncommon from other sellers when I ordered.

Good product and customer support. I can recommend working with them only the downside they have is the shipping is slow.

My first order was great. I wasn't able to reach them by phone, but they where quick to email me, and have my shipment out that day. Great work guys, I will order again.

Great selection and Shipping was fast but the item didn’t end up working for me. Due to their extensive return policy my item did not qualify for a return because the plastic was open (product not used). Make sure you read the return policy and are 100% sure you’re going to stick with your order. More than likely you won’t get a full refund anyway.

Great company shipping time was within reason due to current conditions. Even through in a free tee shirt.
