Bad repairs couldnt get hot water or heating for more than a week and took 4 engineers to come.

Very good and sort heating

We have moved into a new house with an ASHP. Nicholas came to carry out the 1st service of the system. Arrived on time and was cheerful, polite and respectful of our property. He was very happy to explain what he was doing, the relevance of what he was finding (which was all very good) and gave advice when asked. Would certainly use again. Thank you Nicholas.

The time it took to get the engineer to us was almost 24 hours this is far to long it should be more like two hours

I gave Robert Heath Heating 5 stars on the basis of them having a very nice lady called Julie in their job booking team - Julie made special efforts to get our repairs back on track after some others in that same team had attempted to cancel the work at short notice - well done Julie.
Another driver to 5 stars was the fact that their engineers (2 different engineers involved in 2 separate visits to remedy a Mixergy cylinder issue) were both very affable and also very competent.
I must say that it would be nice if Robert Heath Heating could be so kind as to take include the date and time of their proposed visit in the text msg that they send with the booking reference, as a booking reference is intangible if it doesn’t include when the booking is for.

He made sure all was correct before he left & we were more than pleased with his expertise.

An engineer called to service my Daikin Heat Pump through my service package. He was clear and courteous and the visit went quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with this member of staff and the work he did. I don’t think he actually worked for Robert Heath? May have been sub contracted by Daikin

I am completely appalled by the lack of duty of care shown by Robert Heath Heating. My central heating has broken down completely. Despite telling them that I am a vulnerable customer and have three young children in the house, I have been left waiting for 10 days with no emergency resolution.
Because we have no heating and no stable hot water, I was told by their staff that my only option to bathe my children is to manually turn the boiler off and on at the mains switch every single time we need hot water. This is an unacceptable, stressful way to live, and it has left me deeply worried about my energy bills.
Leaving a vulnerable family with three young kids without working heating for over a week is completely neglectful. Their customer service has shown zero urgency or compassion. Do not use this company if you expect basic care or support for vulnerable people.
