Punctual, prompt, professional and polite
I have a heat pump installed by Octopus Energy engineers 2 years ago still under warranty. Initially Octopus Engineers came out and inspected the system which required Daikin parts and engineer as Octopus doesn't stock parts. Initially Octopus said i had a 2 weeks wait for a Daikin engineer. But once the appointment was booked Daikin the replacement parts was delivered to the property within days and the booked Engineer arrived a couple days later as I had to rescheduled appointment. When the Engineer arrived he was punctual , polite and professional asked for the delivered part , and did what he had to do reststarted the system and did some checks and explained what had been done he was done within an hour. My home is nice and cosy again.

James was very professional, polite and very thorough in completing the service on our Daikin ASHP, he kept us well informed on what he was doing and why.

Result not fixed after two weeks of…
Result not fixed after two weeks of waiting for hot water and heating. Came to replace the tank, was told need to pop out for parts, was less than 5 minutes but sat in van for 20 mins for lunch. Came back in said sold the tank for £170 round the corner as was full of limescale. Once new tank was fitted said water is coming through the ceiling again, ran upstairs and informed him. Was told been sorted go back downstairs. But few hours after, water still coming through ceiling.Now had to call again and sit and wait.

Excellent service from Robert Heath Heating Limited today. I only have electricity in my property, and their engineer was fantastic at servicing my electric system/heat pump. They were highly professional, arrived on time, and knew exactly how to handle electrical heating rather than just standard gas. My home was left spotless. Highly recommend!

I had my annual Gas check 6 October…
I had my annual Gas check 6 October 2026 . He was here at 8 o’clock and it was such a lovely nice surprise. I had got the same gentleman Dean that I had last year. Very pleasant got on what you had to do replace two fire alarms smoke alarms tested them so it’s all peace of mind . Clean worker very friendly so very happy. 😊

James, nice guy, knowledgeable and efficient.
The visiting Engineer. James, was knowledgeable and efficient. He identified a fault in our air source heat pump and made the necessary arrangements for the correct parts. The company follow up was very good and communicative. James returned to get everything up and running. I shall certainly return to thus company for future servicing.
