Arrived on time (received an update to advise on the way). This was for a heat pump / system service. Nathan was polite, respectful and efficient. All done in a couple of hours.

It is satisfying to have a second visit…
It is satisfying to have a second visit that was as good as the first. Benjamin arrived, clean, tidy, uniformed and parked his sign written van with care and attention. Not causing any parking issues for my neighbours.
He had the part needed after his initial inspection, and after putting his shoe covers on (even though we have porcelain tile floors) he went straight to the room where the broken water pump was and immediately got down to work, 30 minutes later the new pump was fitted and the water was warming ready to heat the underfloor heating system. He made no mess, he had all the equipment he needed and checked, then double checked his work. The sign of a well trained professional. First class service is easy when you know your job, and this young man knew exactly what his job was.
Big thank you for a warm house. Do know my wife is 74, has severe health issues and needs the house warm, we now have that warm and comfortable home.

Would not recommend this company.
They booked a safety check in with me to which I had to book off work and just didn’t turn up. No phone call nothing. When I finally got in touch they said they need to arrange it again. Ok. They came round realised something needs replacing on my boiler no worries. They booked that in for a date. I had to book the date of work again then on this date they rang in the morning said they couldn’t and need to re arrange. Ok. So the next day was today. I’ve booked off work AGAIN. And no one has turned up again. Now they want me to book off another day off work to sit in waiting for them again. Ridiculous and there communication is absolutely shocking. Wouldnt recommend this company at all.

Mark, my engineer, was polite, friendly and a wealth of knowledge. He explained all the elements of my Daikin heating system in a way that I understood and had enabled me to make informed choices about how I get the best from it.

The original date booked for the…
The original date booked for the service was changed the day before which was a little inconvenient. However David arrived earlier than expected on the revised day and completed the service in good time to allow us to carry on with other arrangements. Good feedback was provided to us and David was very efficient in carrying out the necessary work.
