Brilliant service from Robert Heath…
Brilliant service from Robert Heath Heating! Called on Saturday, engineer out on Monday on time. Diagnosed the radiator/heating and thermostat fault quickly, came back a couple of days later with the part and fixed it. Very kind, communicated throughout and even set up my heating on the Daikin app on my phone. Can't fault them - great customer service. Highly recommended!

Left without hot water
We have been without hot water since Friday 11 September. This means that for nearly four weeks we have been unable to wash properly using hot water or carry out basic household tasks such as washing up with hot water. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue, we are still no closer to having the problem resolved.
We have had multiple engineers attend the property to inspect the boiler. On each occasion, we have been told that a different part is causing the problem, and replacement parts have subsequently been fitted. Unfortunately, none of these repairs have resolved the issue.
We have also experienced multiple occasions where an engineer appointment has been booked but the engineer has failed to attend, with no notification or explanation provided to us. This has caused considerable inconvenience, particularly as we have had to make ourselves available for appointments that have ultimately been missed.

Benjamin arrived within the alloted time and serviced my air source heat pump. He appeared knowledgeable around the heating system and worked efficiently. There appears to be no issue with the system and consequently it appears to be working well.

In spite of having a major breakdown…
In spite of having a major breakdown with our Daikin Air source heat pump, within 6 months of the end of our 5 year warranty we have been very impressed with the support and attention from Robert Heath Heating that is a subsidiary of Daikin. Whilst the repair costs were estimated at c. £3750 we have received high quality support from the engineers that have attended over several visits. The engineers and office staff have demonstrated a professional attitude to ensuring our system is fully repaired. It is the hallmark of a quality service that demonstrates a concern to provide a high quality resolution. Thank you

Took some time to get an appointment for an Engineer. Having made contact it was reasonably efficient and the Engineer was efficient and professional and above all kept in touch with his time of arrival. It would help if the time window was narrower...some of us cannot keep hanging around on the off-chance of the Engineer 's arrival.

After lots of mishaps on the delivery side they finally sent the right order to me but on the workmanship the three lads were brilliant especially Scot who was there from the beginning the two engineers were amazing as well they fixed the problem and learnt me a lot about the system well done Robert Heath keep up the good work 👍
