I ordered a bed on the 8th August, they couldn’t fulfil the delivery, finally agreed to refund the money on the 29th October after so much chasing…..and still no money at the end of January even though I am chasing weekly!

What a sham and a disgrace of a company!!!!

And they have no contact number that they answer to speak to someone!

We purchased the estella high sleeper for our son. Couldn’t be happier with it. Price was the best I found for something similar.
Quality is excellent whilst it’s still early days I think it should last many years.
Easy order process and organising delivery via a few emails was simple. Came on the day we agreed and taken by the delivery chaps straight upstairs for us.
Can’t grumble about a thing and would certainly recommend this particular bed, particularly if you need to create some more storage space

EDIT: I still haven’t received the promised refund over two weeks later. Unable to get hold of them by phone. I gave them my details after this review and still nothing. Unacceptable.

Ordered a bed in October only to be told end of January (after much chasing) that there is a delay and they will refund me as requested.

They ignored many emails before I got a response from them. They don’t answer the phone and their voicemail is full. I will have to wait and see if I actually receive the refund, as others leaving a review here said theirs never came.

My mum and sister had positive experiences with this company 5 years ago but I have found them to be terrible. Not sure what’s happened but AVOID!

Son loves his new bed so I’m equally as pleased, good price and prompt service

Surprised about some of these reviews as I had an excellent experience. My ordered arrived in the post 3 days after placing an order online. Super little item and arrived well in time for Christmas

Awful experience DO NOT USE - I ordered a bed in September 2024 which did not meet its delivery as advertised! The delivery never came and there was no communication so I cancelled the delivery, they finally communicated and said they would refund! They refund has never been received! I am furious and will be going further with regards to this company!

We originally placed an order back in November 2024. There was a problem with Amazon Pay so Room to Grow stated if we were to reorder by a given date at the beginning of Dec delivery would be by Christmas. However, the company does not respond to emails or phone calls chasing a date. Buyer beware. We never received the bed and are now in dispute over the payment we made.

Do not use this company!!

I waited over 3 months for a single mattress but it never came so I cancelled the order. RTG then said my money has been refunded but unfortunately it never was.

I am now in the process of reporting this company to try and stop them doing this to more customers.

Ordered bed and it never arrived. RTG claim it is delayed. Contacted them again, claim they can’t give a delivery date. Contacted my credit card company and put in a fraud inquiry and have my money back. Reported to action fraud today. Please, anyone who has ordered a bed and not had it delivered please contact action fraud and report this company Room To Grow / TCFC because they continue to market, continue to look like they are active but they are not. Many reports they are in liquidation. The more people that report this company the more chance we have to have justice and no more people lose out to this company. Please report them.

Ordered a bed back in July that was advertised as being in stock. Emailed after having heard nothing from them 2-3 weeks after initial order and was told that there was a delay with the stock and it wouldn’t be back in until September. September comes and goes. I email again and am told that it is in stock and delivery lead time is another 8-10 weeks. I have chased and chased since, finally cancelling the order at the end of November. Was told the refund policy is 14 days. Still yet to see it.

Great item, good comms, friendly delivery drivers . Assembly took 3 hours but worth it to see my son’s face when he first saw his bedroom with his grown up bed. Recommend

Excellent and quite cleverly made bed which has all the storage we were after. Arrived on time and quite attractive as shown online.

Really bad service .... the company went bankrupt ..... Will steal your money bank and amazon well aware of them. They make up their own reviews....
