Really loved the vibe and the decor.
The food was not great though the glutinous rice overcooked (a solid lump with no texture), the large plate of papaya salad was the most over priced least interesting papaya salad I have ever eaten (I’ve eaten many). The tofu red curry lacked a decent amount of tofu and the pad Thai was not as good as the ones I’ve had even in other branches of Rosa’s.
That said the duck was perfectly cooked and the red curry sauce divine but on the whole felt overpriced and mass produced without the care usually shown in a Thai restaurant.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an online order from Rosa’s Thai through Uber Eats, and they sent me the completely wrong order. When I contacted the restaurant, they told me that because it was through Uber Eats, they couldn’t resend the correct food and that I should contact Uber instead.

Then Uber Eats support said they couldn’t help because the order was already marked as delivered. I had to submit a support ticket, upload photos, and now they’re saying it could take up to six days to resolve.

In the meantime, I’m out of money and out of food — nothing to eat and no help from either side. Absolutely unacceptable. Both Rosa’s Thai and Uber Eats should take responsibility when a customer receives the wrong order. Really poor service all around.

Starters were fine. The mains drunken and flat noodle with chicken were disgusting. Big pieces of chilli and the dishes looked like they were swept up from the pavement. Won't be using again.

I ordered take away with Just eat and had the chicken salad which was lovely but the portion size was more like an appetizer. I also had the massaman curry which had good flavour and lots of chicken but hardly any sauce for the rice. In fact the container was not even a quarter full. I'm a big sauce person, so this was a disappointment.
In fairness, I rated a 3 out of 5 but I have other restaurants that I prefer more. I wouldn't say it is good value for money.

Ordered from the Glasgow restaurant online via uber and my order never arrived. No contact number for driver who had taken a photo of a random street nowhere near me as proof of arrival, so contacted the restaurant who weren't interested and said they had no contact details for driver. Said they had done their job making the food and to take it up with uber. Uber told me to contact the merchant, no one taking the responsibility and I feel as if I've been stolen from.

Only went to Rosa's Thai in York once and never will go again to any branch. Calling it authentic Thai food is a joke. Having travelled to Thailand and eaten Thai food all over UK and the world, any Thai person would be embarrassed and ashamed to call this authentic. It's a commercial chain of westernised Thai cuisine that tastes nothing like real Thai food and yet costs so much for such small portions. Pad Thai was absolutely tasteless. Massive shame. Couldn't taste anything but grease and stir fry but actually no salt and no flavour really odd and disappointing also expensive for a small portion. Secondly saw exciting new Pandan and lemongrass drink on the menu. When it came it looked nothing like the drink in the picture. It didn't look like it and didn't taste anything of pandan or lemongrass. Who are you trying to fool? Was literally a glass of lemonade with 2 bits of lemon grass in it. Sent it back. Whole thing is a con for people who don't know what real Thai food taste like. Laughed when the waitress asked an Asian man sitting on the table next to us how was everything how was the food? And he said Meh lol. Can't fool an Asian.

Love it…great thai food..prices are reasonable..lunch time meals for £12 a real bargain…and the thai food we had 40 years ago travelling around Thailand..
The waiting staff seem to be changing all the time..some are very good..some not so..so I feel a little more training…but these are small thing considering that someone in the kitchen really knows how to cook..👏👏❤️

Just finished a take away order £45 for 2 I must have collected the wrong order as I collected what looked like child sized portions whilst size isn’t everything ( girls please confirm ) the portions were small and the taste average Sorry to be negative but not worth the money Back to the Pepper Tree in Clapham South for me

Ordered takeaway a couple of hours ago since we were craving Thai and due to me hearing a good word of them we decided to give it a try even tho it was 40 min delivery time! The food came still warm and well packed! And even crackers for free!!!! The food had the Thai flavours there for sure as a southeast Asian, I approve!!!! 10/10 I recommenddddd strongly

Absolutely do NOT eat at this dive of a restaurant.
Rude and arrogant staff.
Had to ask for a refund as waited so long for food to takeaway.
Wasted 30 mins of a break and went back to work hungry.
Rosa would be proud I am sure.
Nice excuse from staff.

Sunday 6th April 2025 I popped into the new Rosas in Balham 🎊🎉to get my drunken noodles with chicken and thai fried wings 🤤🤤x2 I was greeted by a lovely staff member named Shabina who took my order also I met the manager Katt who also was extremely lovely. I had a specific request that I asked for and Katt was nice enough to ask the chef if it was possible, and it was 💃🏾🤤🎉.
I have been an absolute fan of Rosas for years and I will continue to be....I'm also going in on my birthday next wk for a expreso martini 😉🍸

So, thank you to Shabina and Miss Katt for the excellent service....I will be returning to you...and not Tooting.

I took my friend out to lunch after a half day at school to Rosa’s Thai, they were so kind as we walked in, they had big smiles on their faces and gave us a lovely table, we ordered food and it arrived so quickly, we only ordered a small meal with some delicious bubble tea yet the food was so filling and delicious, they were so polite to us too! My friend who had never been there and didn’t have Thai food often said that it was the best food she had ever had and they gave us free prawn crackers at the end, I left them a three pound tip because that was all the change I had on me, if you have never been, go for sure! They have amazing food, drink, patience, service and smiles!

Large portion sizes, lovely atmosphere and high quality food. Really enjoyed our visit!

Food is great but you need to unpartner with Uber Eats, they are dragging you down and at the end of the day, you are choosing to use them as a delivery partner

Brixton Rosa’s Thai. Uber eats. Take your order then decide you are too far away and still take your money. DickTurpin had nothing on Rosa’s Thai. They say they started to cook the meal yet their delivery time was 120min and then tell me that they are keeping my money. Very disappointed with both Rosa’s Thai Brixton and Uber eats. I don’t know if I can use either of them again.

Just awful. Really good waitress but shocking food. Probably the worst Thai meal I have ever had. Cost almost £80 for two starters two drinks and two mains with a pot of coffee. Spent a very uncomfortable night alternating between bedroom and bathroom. Would not return
