Terrible experience, after booking a table a week prior I turn up with my guests, escorted to a table by a lovely lady first then it was downhill from there, some of my table wanted certain beers from the menu but was told that they didn't have them in stock, then it took us about five times to ask to order the starters every waitress that was very unprofessional came to the table smiling nodding their head and walking off with nothing happening so we had to ask a number of times to make our first order for starters. Then the starters came which by myself ordered for spring rolls which were no bigger than the size of my thumb for £7.50, then when we was ready to order the main course yet again calling the waitresses they couldn't seem to understand what we asking them they would smile again nodding their head and walk off to another table, I just couldn't believe what was going on, plus in between starter and main course staff are supposed to clear the tables our tables were piled up with stuff from the starters and had to ask for them to be taken away quite a few times which is very bad service, then finally the food turns up and before the food are given plastic plates now with the amount that you are charging for food I think plastic plates is a cheek. Even though three members of my table were unhappy with their food I will speak for myself I ordered a vegetable green curry which came with big chunks of red and green raw chillies in it which overpowered the dish and was extremely hot far too hot in fact. A number of the curry dishes seem to be the same one of my party actually complained to the manager but there was other members of my table that didn't want to cause a scene and just ended up paying the astronomical mountain that you have charged for these meals. I have been so many Thai restaurants in my life quite a connoisseur in fact and I have to say I left that establishment feeling robbed. And on top of this one of the waitresses had some terrible body odor which was quite disgusting making one of my guests feel sick it was that overpowering, when working around food it is the utmost importance to take care of body hygiene. I hate to give bad reviews but after spending £200 an putting up with what we had to put up with it was a shambles. Like I said there was a few families with children so I didn't want to cause a scene in the restaurant but I will not be returning at all. I am actually writing this review four hours of the leaving the restaurant with a terrible stomach ache. That was my worst food experience in a long time this little outing was planned for a long time of which we was all looking forward to the night and we was all let down, you need to do better if you're going to charge what you charge for these meals and drinks then you need to give better quality service , I hate giving bad reviews but this has actually upset me that the party I was with was so let down.

Visited the newly-opened restaurant in Norwich with friends during its “soft opening” period where all customers received 50% off their food bill while staff are training.

We were greeted and seated straight away, given menus and were asked about allergies. The menu clearly states spice ratings and symbols for vegetarians/vegans but no mention of allergens. We were shown a QR code on the menu to scan but found this a bit cumbersome to keep looking between menu and app. Symbols on the menu would be much clearer. The gluten free offering is minimal (the waiter gave one choice of main dish; none of the starters were GF) and for this reason alone I wouldn’t hurry back.

Our orders taken quickly but we waited almost an hour for our food and when it arrived, one of the dishes was incorrect. That said, we all enjoyed the dishes that we had and there was a good atmosphere, in a lovely bright, welcoming and relaxing setting.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Service was prompt, food was good. Really tasty spring rolls and calamari for starters. Noodles were cooked just right. Personally I like spicier, stronger flavours, so would make that request next time. Overall we both enjoyed our lunch experience, and would definitely go again. Shame we’ll have to pay full price next time!

The server in charge was grumpy that we only wanted tap water to drink instead of paying for bottled water. I had the Nam Sai chicken broth which was very bland and watery - the chicken was chewy and full of grey, stringy bits - there were about 10 bean sprouts and a tiny sprinkling of chopped spring onion (no sign of garlic) on top of a pile of noodles in tasteless, watery broth. I have had this broth at a different Thai restaurant where it was much tastier with lots of bean sprouts and other veg - and the chicken was tender/edible. As it was a training night, we were promised 50% off but the bill had no discount. When I mentioned this to the server, she snatched the bill back saying “oh, was the discount not taken off?” She typed up a new bill with the discount and literally chucked it down. I will not be returning. This was the new Bristol restaurant.

I booked a table at Rosas Thai in Clapham, as I had been there before and enjoyed it. When we arrived there was only one table free at the front. The restaurant was completely open to the street and it was cold in the evening. I mentioned this but they said it was the only table available. I don't think they had bothered to reserve a table for us?

It took a while to get served and we had to attract their attention. The server was polite and pleasant and took our order. Our starters arrived quite quickly. The mains didn't come for some time (over 30 minutes) and we had to again get the server's attention. She then went to the kitchen and brought out one of the mains - Pad Thai - which was not that warm and quite congealed so I think it had been waiting around. Then she said the other main had run out and would we like something else. As we already had one dish on the table this didn't really work? However we ordered another dish. After we ate, the dishes just sat in front of us. At no point did anyone ask us if we wanted anything else or clear our table. The service was overall very poor although the server was polite. As a result we didn't pay the service charge.

Mistakes happen, and we understand that but there was no real attempt to compensate us as you might expect? Such as offering a free desert or drink by way of apology. This was disappointing.

While we were sitting there (more or less in the cold doorway) there were delivery drivers arguing with the staff about their food not coming out. Our impression was that there were not enough staff serving and also the kitchens could not cope with the number of customers. We don't think we would go back now - despite having a good experience in the past.

My wife and I are vegans and found lots of vegan food to eat.
Food was delicious and no dearer than nearby non authentic Thai resteraunts.
Staff were friendly and we will return. My wife is Thai.
Only thing was one soup a bit salty.

The food was good - a bit too sweet but I do understand that the restaurant caters for Western tastes. Staff were friendly. The place was empty at 1pm on a Sunday in very busy Leamington. Why 1 star. Was charged 20 % service. Will never ever return

The food was nice but we were the only table in the restaurant at the time and the servers were more focused on chatting to eachother and doing catwalks to each other than paying attention to us. Each interaction with them was about half an hour apart, it took us about twenty minutes of sitting down for them to come over to us, again being the only people there. We ending up removing the service charge because it seemed they couldn’t care a less about us. Some actual care towards the customers would have been nice. This review is based on the cafe in Paddington.

Rose was incredible (at Rosa's Thai King's Cross)! She ensured we felt welcome, catered to, and was really sweet and friendly. The food was great as well but I'd go back just to have that kind of excellent service again -- many thanks, Rose.

They’ve changed the recipe for pad Thai and it’s super bland but tangy. It’s weird. Used to rave about the food here but absolutely not worth the money anymore. Really disappointed

Awful service, after over half an hour not even water for the table even though people who were seated after us had starters. I would not ever go there again

Visits Rosas Thai in Richmond 18 th may understood it had not long opened,nice tiled floor but needed a good scrub skirting boards filthy top of wooden panelling full of dust!
Had to go looking for menu,ordered a zero coke and a lemonade surly waitress asked what type of lemonade
as we had not located a drinks menu I asked what they had surly waitress raised her her eyes and took off to find said menu!
Ordered sharing platter, we both felt that it was reheated from night before and so they removed that from bill,we only ordered one dish from main menu which was kind of ok,but we will not be stepping foot in Rosas again!

Amazing service and food is fab

Booked a table in the new one in Guildford for 5 people, arrived at the correct time, and was told to go and stand by the bar, which was covered in dirty empty glasses, got shown to our table, and ordered our food, 1 hour 10 minutes later was asked if we had had our starter, which we clearly had not, as our clean plates were in front of us. Our waiter went upstairs to find out where our starters were, we were offered a free round of drinks because of the confusion, chicken satay was burnt, and not breast meat, with very little sauce. We asked would we be waiting long for our main, and then before our starter plates were removed, the main arrived. One taste of my prawn pud thai, which was stone cold, called the waiter over, who asked did we want all 5 mains which were all cold to be re heated.......er prawns no thank you, felt sorry for the staff who informed us the kitchen staff only have 3 woks to cook from. Dont waste your money, for the prices that are charged far better Thais in and around Guildford

Rosa’s Thai Cafe Brixton gets worse every time I go. It’s never my choice to go there but when I do I always give it the benefit of the doubt. One thing has improved is the waiter staff are more friendly. The food is appalling and expensive. Had a table of 4 yesterday evening and we all had different chicken dishes. It was very clear they add cooked, sliced chicken into every dish so it’s flaky, dry and still cold and doesn’t absorb any flavour. Go anywhere else but this cafe. So much nicer places in Brixton.

Been in a few other Rosas Thai & enjoyed very much. We decided to try the Glasgow restaurant. Were greeted by manager, Nial, who was exceptionally helpful & polite. Food was truly authentic! 1st mouthful sent us back to Bangkok , which we have visited many times.

Table given away at exactly 15 minutes after the booking time. Left waiting at the door for 3-4 minutes with no one acknowledging our arrival. Most noticeable was the lack of flexibility with timings - not great customer service!

Fantastic food. The chicken drunken noodles were absolutely delicious. Lovely little spot. Anita was very helpful and was aware of all her guests and made sure everything was ok. Great service and even better food!

Really impressed with the Leamington Spa restaurant, which has just opened its doors. Our server was Abby who provided excellent service. The food was exquisite; in fact the sharing platter was exceptional as was the red curry chicken.
Definitely a restaurant well worth a visit. Highly recommended
