Rosa’s Thai Cafe West Hampstead. Waited an hour for food. When it arrived it was cold. Cafe prioritised deliveroo orders over in house diners. Shocking service - avoid.

Went to the Cardiff restaurant for lunch with partner and baby.Sammie our waitress was very helpful making space and arranging a suitable table for us. We enjoyed the honey marinated skewers, the red curry was pleasant enough but nothing special flavour wise, the panang curry we both enjoyed more. Price was fair, service pretty good.Would go again.

Excellent service by Wimbledon Hill Road branch! Jody, Layoung and the whole team had served well, polite and helped cleaning our table. Please let them and the branch know their hard work is appreciated by customers.

However, the food was very salty and cleanliness of the cafe was also a bit disappointing e. g. dirt found on the table and the menu.

Made a reservation for two on 5th Jan ‘23 and was allocated table 7 nearest the the employee work station . The waiter was exceptional . However the other two male employees and the manager were far from it . They continued to joke around out loud and the manager on duty spent a considerable amount of time trying to teach a new waiter his new role at the work station. It was virtually impossible to have a conversation with my partner without distraction.
Needless to say we didn’t stay for deserts .
I did mention it to our waiter and asked him to feedback our frustration to his manager .
Very disappointing experience . Doubt I’ll return to Soho Rosa’s Thai cafe .

Good soup but large pieces of mushroom could not easily be cut with a spoon. Pad thai disappointing, just a big pile of noodles. We were eating quite early but were surprised when the bill was presented before we had finished. We asked the waitress to come back later which she did after 2 minutes, again before we had finished. Weird!

booked table two wks prior to visit - no confirmation received. Service was unfriendly, ordered two sharing platters and was really disappointed with what came out for £17 per platter - £10 would have been an overcharge! Ordered five curries to be served with Jasmin rice, sticky rice and noodles. Sticky rice was so overcooked it was impossible to break up from one solid lump. Food was warm not hot. If you looking for a nice Thai restaurant avoid this one at all costs. Certainly not value for money and staff need to go on customer service training.

Popped in for lunch and my first time trying Thai food. Had a chicken pad thai and it was so good, can't believe I've not had it before! Service was prompt, staff friendly and chatty, we ordered drinks too which we re delicious. All in all great stuff, will return ASAP!

Wow, what a find. Went to the Carnaby one yesterday with my son & daughter.
Amazing food & service for all of us. Nothing was too much trouble.
All of our meals were out of this world & the portions were just right.
Definitely, definitely will go here again & definitely recommend.
