Items ordered were never received and when contacted they gave an excuse about systems problems but my order would be given priority. Nothing has appeared since and no contact from seller. Please do not deal with this company who are totally unreliable.

Another customer that has not received good’s ordered in August with the same customer service issues, I e email apologising with an excise (staff sickness and website going down) and then no responses at all

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS! I made an order on 31/08/2022, never received any goods, tried to call them numerous times and never got any reply, only an email stating they are dealing with backlog orders. Waited a bit more, now we can't even get our money back through dispute!!!!

Ive ordered previously from this company, no issues with quality or delivery. Ordered early September and received a very polite email saying order was delayed due to staffing issues! Since then… nothing! Shame!!!
I hope they’re all safe & well.

What a waste of time, they ignore my emails and do not answer there phones. Took monies off me waste of time. DO NOT USE!

Twice I’ve ordered from these people, the first order took ages to arrive but I was pleased with the quality. The second order, 29th August, hasn’t arrived and they haven’t responded to my emails. It now looks as though they have gone bust as their website has been taken down.

This is FRAUD COMPANY please don’t order anything

Goods ordered , simply did not show and customer service would not respond.

Placed order in early September, still has not arrived. No answer to phone calls or email. Not clear if company even still exists or is a scam. Website says it is down for maintenance.

Only half my order has arrived from an order on 12 August. I have written several times but I have had no result.

I am yet another customer who has paid for a product of theirs and not received, my purchase was on the 28th Aug 22. I have sent numerous emails, they did reply to one email saying that they’d got staff shortage and the product was now processed, never received, still waiting. I have sent an email trying to get my money back, but reading the rest of the reviews it seems I’m not the only one. This company should be making loads of money as they seem to take and not give the product or refund any money. I am going to report this company and give it a bad name where I can. If you are reading these reviews I can honestly say that Seasonal Home Online is a absolute disgrace - DO NOT BUY

Utter joke. Order didn't arrive at all. Emailed to ask where my order was. They apologised and said delays due to staffing (same excuse as others received apparently). Then I received an email to say it's being dispatched. Still nothing arrives. I've asked for a full refund and received tumble weed (no reply). Then I get two emails to review said products I ordered. Items were ordered at the end of August 2022.

This company was a complete scam I wish I had seen the reviews have lost £27 and now they have gone bust we live and learn

Do not use this company. Take your money and NEVER send your goods, or answer emails. They should be shut down and prosecuted.

Trading insolvently perhaps? No item, no reply after an initial one, charged back on PayPal waited a very long time before doing so.

I have been waiting for a refund for goods returned and sent lots of e mail and never get an answer. this has bean going on since August

Wish I’d read all the reviews before I placed an order.
Money taken, order acknowledged, but no goods received or emails answered. Mine wasn’t a lot of money, but whoever they are, they have a lot of very unhappy customers and probably a lot of people’s hard-earned cash.
Giving small companies a bad reputation, and I shouldn’t think they’re reading these comments.

I've 2 seperate orders that I'm still waiting for.. I've e-mailed them only to be replied that it'll taker 48 hour for a response..
Meanwhile I've heard on the grapevine that this company has gone Bankrupt, weather that's true or not, who knows..
They still took our money though knowing this...

Order never arrived. Requests for a refund have been ignored. Was initially patient as I thought it was a struggling family business - that was the impression they gave.
Seemingly just a mob of crooks, fleecing people of their hard earned cash.
