Steer well clear of this despicable company. They will take your money and then they will not send you whatever you ordered from them. I placed an order in August 2022 which never arrived. I sent numerous emails to them enquiring about my order and looking for an explanation as to why I hadn't yet received it. They replied to my first email and apologised for the delay and then told me it would be put down as a priority delivery and it would be with me shortly, of course it never arrived. Thankfully I had paid for my order via PayPal and so I raised a dispute against this company via PayPal and today (15th October) I received my full refund for the non delivery of the order. This is most definitely a company to avoid.

Please do not use. Paid for goods which were never sent. Tried to email to which I had no response. Tried calling which just kept on ringing. Either a very poorly run company or scammers, either way please save your money.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY!! You will never receive your order or get a refund, unless you dispute it through PayPal.

Horrendous online service took payment August still no delivery.. ni one answering for refund.
Stay clear of this company

I placed an order in August,which has NOT been sent,even though I requested a refund and it is now October and NO refund or product supplied!

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!
Placed order 24th August, chased 9th September as not received item. Received an apologetic response on 13th September saying item would be dispatched asap. Still not received anything by 28th September, emailed to chase and asked for someone to get back to me - no response. Chased again 5th October, again no response! Bunch of cowboys and complete waste of time! Don't even consider using!

All I ordered was a Teapot,but received TWO.
They charged me TWICE for both and said that I
ordered them twice.I returned ONE for a Refund but
have heard nothing since.They are Conning the public.
They don`t answer phones or Emails.
I have been in touch with PayPal and still awaiting
for them to reply.

Placed an order for autumn lawn dressing 8th of September, after two weeks having received no notice of shipment I sent a message asking for a cancellation and refund, no response has been received, I sent a further two message and again received no response. Today I attempted to contact them by phone, no answer.
This company has zero customer service, avoid at all cost

Do not order from this company they will take your money and not deliver your goods, got one email back from them but just a load of lies

I'm yet another customer who didn't receive their goods, despite assurances (and excuses by email) that they would expedite it and the delay was caused by RM strikes, staff illnesses etc. PayPal refunded me thankfully.

Taken my money and lied to. Ignoring my emails and looks like they’ve gone under. Expect they’ll open under a different alias.

Goods ordered on August 13th. ( that proved to be an unlucky date). No goods, no refund and no response to my email requesting goods or refund.

This company is not even worth 1 star
My order never arrived and they will not answer any emails.
Also they had also sent me an email asking me what I thought of the items in my order which have never arrived.
The company is a shambles and conning people out of money.

Ordered on 4th Sept - Still not arrived - contact twice now online but no response. No product, reply or refund. Beware

Total scam. No goods. No refund. Website down "for maintenance" so no way to contact them.

This company have stolen my money and not sent any goods. I ordered back in August and there has been nothing. They are a total scam.

I quickly realised there was a problem with this company. I suspect they may have been taking money for orders they had no intention of fulfilling, which is dishonest and disgraceful. My credit card provider refunded me using the Chargeback system (for purchases under £75); a bit of a faff to claim, but I'm no longer out of pocket. LET EVERYONE KNOW......

Lesson learned of the importance of Feedback check before buy!! Just realised what a scam i faced! They do not bother to reply to my email at all regardless the item (at least received) but a quality is equal to rubbish and i claimed refund ...Now i guess i never get anything from them!!
