Purchased items that have not been delivered they don’t answer emails not a reliable company

I ordered 3 pie dishes from this company on 23rd August and as yet I have received NOTHING. They have taken my money and sent a few emails blaming Royal Mail strikes and now their website is down. I have asked for a refund and haven’t heard from them since. DISGRACEFUL company.

Ordered 8th August, still not arrived by 8th Sept. Email said they were short staffed. Still nothing and now website is down. Have they ceased trading?

Placed an order on the 15th August. At the start of September I emailed asking for an update. They replied a few days later citing staff shortages, illness and increase in sales for the delay and promised to dispatch as a priority, which I sympathised with so was happy to wait for a little longer. The email was polite and apologetic so I take it as genuine. However I've had nothing since, despite two further emails requesting an update. I've now emailed asking for a refund because I can't wait any longer for an order that I suspect isn't coming. They aren't replying to emails, or the phone and their website is down. I get the feeling they may be winding down and that my money is gone. Feel robbed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - crooks! They don't deliver goods and don't deliver tracking they promise. I intend to get a chargeback on my credit card and I am reporting them to Trading Standards in their area.

Total SCAM,Same as everyone else this company is a scam, placed an order no good arrived. PLEASE AVOID !!!!!

I ordered some dog treats 2 weeks later I had not received a email telling me my shipment had been sent I emailed them only to get a auto reply saying they would deal with my enquiry within 48 hours still not got a reply or my order after 3 weeks so I claimed a refund from PayPal do not order from this company

I ordered a set of Lock n' Lock boxes on the 22nd August on Royal Mail 2-3 day delivery. I am yet to receive these items. Despite email the company on the 8th September where they assured me the package would be sent imminently and provided a Royal Mail tracking code it has still not been sent to Royal Mail. I have emailed them on two additional occasions with no response. Appalling service and I am reporting them to Trading Standards

As others have said order from early September hasn't arrived and I’ve had no contact. I have previously placed an order that I had to chase but they did reply and I did receive my order that I was happy with (hence placing a second order) sadly I wouldn’t order again now as I shouldn’t have to chase or wait weeks with no communication.

Ordered 3 plastic caddies on 1st Sept and my bank account was debited. They still haven't arrived, despite being assured 10 days ago items would be dispatched urgently. I don't hold out much hope of receiving my order. Website now down. Shameful way to treat customers.

As other reported. Paid for goods on 7 Sept now 26th no goods. Have sent many emails replied once 10 days ago promising to expedite still no goods. Still advertising on line. Really need to report this to relevant governing authority as I see so many customers experiencing same lack of goods. I think Trustpilot should intervene and give warning.

Ordered an item on 3 August. It never arrived. Royal Mail tracking number showed the item was never received. I have emailed a number of times and tried ringing them. Received one email back saying it would be posted the “next day” but, again, not received. I cannot recommend this company.

Obvs been scammed 6w still waiting thank god I didn't lose a lot of money but all those little amounts add up!! How dare they cheeky ,*****!!

Like others, my money was taken and no goods forthcoming.

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Took money. No goods received. Impossible to get in touch with them. Emails ignored and phone calls not answered.

Same as everyone else placed order mid August and money taken straight away , even had the audacity to email me saying order is complete, tried calling without any success, given the same BS about sickness and holiday, persons name Jaymie

I ordered a product from this company over 4 weeks ago. I have not received the product and the money has been deducted from my account. The website is offline - has been for a number of days - and there is no response to emails.
Avoid this company at all costs!

This company is a scam items never returned website don’t work no more

Order placed on 6/09/22, as of 27/09/22 no items received despite money being taken. Website now down for technical issues. Tried to phone, no answer and message saying you can’t leave any message.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, YOU won’t receive ANYTHING!!

I too haven't received goods and can't get through to the company. I have contacted PayPal to ask them to consider not processing any payments to the company. Suggest those who have paid by PayPal or by credit card seek a refund.
