Same experience as everyone else.
Taken the money, then nothing.

Will be looking into things further hereon.

Like many others I ordered some items three weeks without any items being received. Now the website is down for "scheduled maintenance". Really. They are still trading on Amazon.

Total con do not buy from this company! Money taken straight away from my account, no order confirmation received. Contacted them after three weeks as did not receive goods and received a reply saying that they had staffing issues due to illness and that my order would be dispatched ASAP - still not received them. Have contacted them again and had no reply at all - website has been showing as 'technical issues' for past 10 days

I have 2 open orders from 06/09/22 and 12/09/22, i emailed them through their website on the 16/09/22 asking where my first order was and was told i would have a reply within 48hrs, that reply never came.

I have phoned them and just got a voicemail message where you cannot leave a reply, both my orders are still marked as processing and it has been 3 weeks.

You will have to claim your money back from your bank or PayPal depending on how you paid, but either way it is going to be a hassle.

I do not know what is going on with this company as some reviews are positive from the past but as of September 2022 the SHFT.

Placed an order with them on 4 Sept 2022. Order was acknowledged but then nothing further. Tried to phone twice but answer-phone said no one available and not possible to leave a message. I agree with other recent reviewers that the company has probably gone bust. Paid using PayPal and informed them of the situation so hopefully can get a refund.

Ordered a product never came no response to emails and have stolen money effectively. Police and Watchdog informed.

I would have given no stars if possible. It looks like I am another victim of this fraudulent company. On 19 August 2022 I ordered 3 covers for some garden furniture. The order was acknowledged but payment was taken immediately (should have been suspicious). I have sent emails and got the same response as other complainants. It is now 25 September and feel I would be wasting my time trying to email again in view of the other Trustpilot reviews

AVOID AVOID if you don’t won’t to get scammed I placed an order over 2 weeks ago still not received my order and I’ve tried sending so many emails and tried to call but I’m not getting anywhere I will be reporting them to traded standards absolutely disappointed

Seems that they have gone bust after me placing my order 4/9/22 which is sad as I didn’t pay through a credit card and was stuff for my wedding! I have emailed with no response- At such a hard time for everyone even an explanation would have been nice!

They seem to have gone bust already. My credit card company has refunded me.

This company is a scam and should not be used. Ordered goods on 12th August and nothing received by 24th September despite various email chasers etc. Was told that there were delays due to staff absences and illness etc etc. Just excuses. Don’t use them as you’ll lose your money. I’ll be claiming mine back from my credit card company.

Order paid for 3 weeks ago never received anything, no answer on the phone now website closed down I am trying to get a refund through my bank, disgusting behaviour everything appeared legitimate I am annoyed with myself for using them!

If there was a zero star rating then that is what they’d get. Placed an order on 6th September, after not hearing anything I messaged them on the 15th September to ask where my order is, got an automated response saying they’d contact me within 48 hours, still nothing. Went to the website this morning and it’s “closed for maintenance” Avoid at all costs

Fraud …will be looking to contact Watchdog about this company…should not be ‘trading’ even thought they have a vat number. Ordered goods on 23rd August still no order received….asked for refund to no avail. They should be reported to the authorities.

4 week from my order, and no sign of any of the items I ordered. Promises of next week .....which never arrives. Quite how they continue to take customers money when they have no intention of supplying your order is beyond me. One for Trading Standards I think. Company needs closing down.

Like virtually everyone who has posted negative reviews in the past month they took the money quickly enough but close to a month later I haven't received the items

I like others can't believe they still have around a 3.6 score, so at some point they must have been doing something right unless the reviews on here aren't quite as independent as trustpilot would have us believe

Would recommend everyone still waiting for their orders go for a charge back, PayPal refund as what you ordered is never ever going to arrive as the warehouse was probably empty in the first place

Complete Failure to contact or deliver.
Order acknowledged 25th Aug 2022, but no delivery date specified.
When contacted after 7 days asking for a date, No response
After a further 2 weeks a request for some response met with only an auto receipt response.
Threatened to resort to Paypal Settlement Team 18th September.
Claim raised with Paypal 22nd Sept
No Response from Seasonalhomeonline suspect they may be no longer trading?

Wish i'd seen other reviews. like the others i ordered a month ago . no item received. emails sent. had a reply ensuring me the order would be dispatched 2 weeks later still nothing.

Is this a real company or have they left the building?Placed an order and paid with PayPal. After about a fortnight I emailed to inquire and did get a reply with lots of reasons why they hadn’t processed my order, But then, nothing further happened so, I emailed again. No sign of anything, not even notice of dispatch. After 5 weeks I went to PayPal and got my money back.
So very glad I payed with PayPal; thank you PayPal.
