I bought a garden arch from this…
I bought a garden arch from this company via Amazon for a Christmas present. When I opened it in June I found a bag of screws were missing. I asked them if the screws could be replaced or even if they told me the size (not shown on instruction diagram) I would buy them myself. I received a reply saying because it was bought 7 months ago it was my responsibility to check the box when it arrived and therefore my fault.Of course I always open somebody's present on the door step and erect a garden arch as the delivery driver waits patiently for me to complete the job just to make sure a bag of cheap screws are not missing. Pathetic.The funny thing is I contacted the manufacturer and they promised to send me some the next day without any problems!

Unfulfilled order, but competent handling by customer service
The order confirmation said that I would receive an email with a tracking number when my package was dispatched. When, 10 days later, I had received neither a follow-up email nor the item, I contacted them about it. They responded quickly (within a day) and politely, telling me it must have been "lost in transit". It doesn't explain why I never had the follow-up email, but they did promptly instruct PayPal to cancel the 'Pay after delivery' order. I may make future purchases, but I'd look elsewhere first.
