I’ve take the car out twice so far, first time the front axle snapped (had a spare in the box for that), the second time a rear axle bar has fallen off waiting to see if I have a spare for that.

So not the best experience, wasn’t pushing it either

They were very helpful when I spoke to them on the phone. Being totally new to R/C things took a lot of explaining and I felt like they had all the time in the world for me. Very reasonably priced and very fast delivery. I will definitely be using again.

Excellent service

The service delivered by Serious-RC is excellent. Comms are outstanding, always keep you informed of how your order progressing.

Pricing is very competitive and unlike some RC shops their stock levels are always true.

This must be the 4th or 5th car I have had from them and I can tell you it won’t be my last.

Placed ordered very easily and it was dispatched the same day. Constantly informing where my parcel was. Delivered very quickly and in immaculate condition. Very well packaged. This is a Christmas present so haven't tested it but opened the box to check everything and it's all so well packed. Thank you!

Had a bad motor out the box on my order, I contacted Serious-RC and they sent me a replacement out next day

I just wanted to highlight the quite frankly insanely good customer service I've experienced recently from Serious RC.

Ordered a treat for my birthday and less than 24 hours later, it's arrived.

Sadly, a factory defective controller was noted and when speaking to Mike, a replacement has been shipped out.

This will be my go to RC shop now. Thanks Mike!

After I cocked up my address and the order returned, they kept me informed when the package was returned and posted it back free of charge.

Called me straight back after missing my initial call, and no problem answering the million questions I had about ordering my son’s present. I got some fantastic advice and guidance on what to get and what to do which was so helpful as I’m a complete novice….they even made sure my order arrived next day even though I was late purchasing. It about sums it up really. I've ordered a couple of times now from seriousrc.co.uk, and on every occasion I've had no issues at all.
My order has been dispatched the same day, and arrived the following day.
The choice of delivery companies used as well also gives me great reassurance as I've never had any issues with them.
I'll be back to order more in the future, when I figure out where I'm going to store them all!
