good company, good advice, good service, excellent product
I have been a long term DE blade wet shaver but recently wanted to switch to an electric razor. I was not sure what shaver would be best and was thinking of either the Braun or Panasonic brands. I contacted Shavers and acting on their advice purchased a Panasonic LV65. I have not been disappointed as the quality and performance of the shaver matched their description and exceeded my expectations. Great product swiftly provided by a very good company. Highly recommended all around.
Terrible
Terrible. Original shipping estimate was 1-3 days, almost three weeks later still nothing arrived. They claim there was a delay TWICE now, still nothing. Avoid this one!

Everything went smoothly
Similar to another reviewer, I read some of these reviews AFTER purchasing an electric razor. So was also concerned by some of the comments. However, like her, found the purchase arrived quickly (made on a Thursday arrived on the Saturday morning). Product works perfectly. Had no problems at all.

Bad experience
Ordered an item and I was sent an email confirmation that delivery would take 3 working days. After 4 days I called them to see what was happening only to be told that the item was out of stock awating delivery from supplier and that it would take 1 more week. Come on! What kind of service is that? Terrible

Ordered a new cutting blade payment taken 2 week later no shipping details when ask why I was told the item was out of stock and would need to wait 7 to 10 days longer asked for a refund for the order lost patience waiting opened a paypal dispute, then told I will get a refund 3 days later still no refund now I have escalated on paypal

Great service
Purchased my Panasonic ES-LV9Q 5 Blade Wet & Dry Men's Electric Shaver from them as they had very competitive pricing. There was a bit of a delay in processing my order due one item being out of stock - this was quickly rectified. Can't fault the service, very happy overall.
Phillipa and Debbie are terrible…
Phillips and Debbie are terrible customer service agents. That needs to be said before I continue my review.
I never had an issue with shavers before but obnoxious Debbie, coincidentally and ironically also a 'manager', has always been a damp stain on the company. Phillipa likewise is a false, ingenuine, passive-aggressive and sarcastic lady who seems to be following in her seniors footsteps.
I ordered my usual part from Braun for my shaver and never received any communication from them even an order confirmation email. I had to chase my part and subsequent refund for weeks. I was told to be patient when in fact there was never any stock in the first place despite my funds being taken from my bank account. I was promised by a young man he would chase it up but never heard anything. Debbie was abrupt and flustered just to be asked if I could at least have proof of purchase or even a date to expect my goods to which she replied 'I cannot just pick a date out of thin air for you!'. Many thanks Debbie. My refund also wasn't processed and had to be chased up repeatedly and took weeks. Phillipa when she answered the phone was dismissive, having contempt in her voice for obviously what is a job below her status, and arrogant. She claimed I have to 'wait longer' as if I was unreasonable.
I got my refund but endured a terrible treatment and in the end didn't even get the part I originally paid for.

I bought a Philips shaver in March 2022. It stopped working in May 2022. I informed "Shavers" and they sent me a label to return it. A new replacement shaver was sent to me all within five days.

I have been a faithful customer or a few years now. I remember an item being sent to me and getting lost and the kind customer service person sent me a gift of a portable battery operated shaver while she ordered a replacement shaver for me. And this time Luke Gisby went above and beyond the call of duty to help me sort out my purchases. This is why I continue to order from Shavers.co.uk

Service was fairly pain free. I ordered a pair of hair clippers and they were delivered quite quickly and we're good value. Where they fall down is their communication. After the payment page you are told that you will receive an email with tracking information. You will not! In this age of internet scams you worry when you don't get confirmation or dispatch emails. My advice to the company is, if you don't send out such emails, don't say that you will. Hence 3 stars

I ordered for wahl bald shaving machine. Paid using my credit card and the order was never delivered. I followed up only o be lied to that the order had been held at the border because the credit card was suspicious. I use the card here in UK literally for all my shopping. When i reached out for a refund, it has been ages giving excuse after excuse. Now am left to pay for a delivery that was never made. Shame on you😡😡😡

Totally disgusting and pathetic service!! Order products on 17th March. Still not received any products. Sent an email on 28th March, no response ever! I then asked on live chat, they said it was sent out on 18th March, LYING!! I asked for tracking number, nothing was provided but just said 1st Class delivery was chosen. I asked again give me tracking number. Only "sorry" was sent along with the message "your package must have lost". Ok, if I trust you and its lost, atleast send me tracking number!? No response from them!! In "My Orders" screen, I can still see status of order as "processing order". So, it seems order was never dispatched!! And they are lying! I asked for full refund, lets see if they actually refund!! Totally disgusting and pathetic service!!
Extremely quick
I ordered a replacement epilator head with standard delivery. There was no email on dispatch; however, the parcel arrived a mere 24 hours after the order was placed.
This company provides Braun’s warranty repair service in the UK so, as you would expect, the replacement part works perfectly.
I’m quite impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered two new battery cells and a blade and foil set for my Braun 5875 Contour razor at 1.47pm 14th March, they arrived 2pm the following day. I was delighted as I had not paid extra for express delivery. The lady I spoke to on the phone was polite and knowledgeable and the whole transaction was completed in just a couple of minutes. Highly recommend this Company

I've tried to use this company for the first time today, and my order would not go through at the checkout, it just kept cancelling my card details. I then contacted the "Chat line" & he asked for the post codes of the billing & delivery addresses, which I gave & that was "chat" ended! I tried to restart chat & got a message that agents weren't available. I then went to All Beauty & my order was done in 2 minutes.
