After I purchased hairdryer stupidly looked at reviews on here! I got concerned when read some of the reviews as thought might not be genuine company. After few days of purchasing I got my item in post today and very happy with purchase! Not only was it a good deal but also great customer service. Thank you, would buy again no problem.

Product ordered evening of 23rd Feb 2022 and arrived 25th Feb 2022 by 24hr Parcel Force much quicker than expected. Product as ordered and well packaged. Experience could not have been better, first class customer service.

Product in stock, good price, quick delivery (quicker than advertised, actually). What more do I need?

I didn't receive the goods. Shavers first email clearly said I would get a tracking number once the parcel was sent. My email follow up, asking for the tracking number, once outside the 2 to 6 days window passed was completely ignored. Today, 16 days after my order, I rang CS who contradicted the email saying there was no tracking number, put responsibility on me to contact sorting office, even though I'd had no card from Royal Mail. PayPal resolution centre have refunded me as I'd lost all trust in a company that gives entirely conflicting information.

Product Never Arrived. fraud/scam company.
On website was shoving 2-6 days delivery. I placed order on 19 January 2022 16:14:19 GMT. Till today still not reserved order. For me that is fraud/scam and lying customers they got in stock product. Don't trust that company.

I ordered an electric shaver and it was supposed to be dispatched the next day.
I still haven't received the product. The CS said it was posted with RoyalMail first Class but failed to provide a tracking number. I'll claim the money back via PayPal.

Excellent service. I do wish that they let me know that they had dispatched it, but all came within 4 days of ordering. It also came with a free lead, which was an extra add-on according to the model number. While Philips Shaver's quality and value have clearly plummeted over the years, that is hardly this company's fault! Thank you.

Do not buy from this website. I can see other people have had the same issues as me. I ordered a Christmas present from them on 12 December and payment left my account the same day. By the 20 December, it still hadn’t arrived and I was promised it would be sent next day delivery. It still didn’t arrive, I chased again and got no response. No Christmas present to give on Christmas Day. I chased after Christmas and was told my order still hadn’t been sent but as a gesture of goodwill, they would send it next day delivery! Awful customer service and couldn’t care less.

I ordered a new Philips toothbrush from Shavers.co.uk on the 28/12/2021. The website was easy to use and the whole ordering process uncomplicated. The email confirmation received within minutes said I would receive a further confirmation when the goods shipped. On the 30th the toothbrush arrived without further confirmation. I am not concerned about not receiving a shipping confirmation as the price I paid was the best on the internet and the shipment was also fast especially considering it was over the Christmas break, Covid and all. The order was well packaged and free from damage. All in all I am happy, rock on Shavers.co.uk.

Good close shave from Panasonic Shaver ES-LV65 Wet & Dry.
However, my shaver failed with total battery discharge from 70% capacity whilst shaving. It was replaced under 12 months warranty. The replacement shaver performed well for awhile until its battery also became unstable. It would charge to 100% but the motor would not respond. For some strange reason, the shaver would switch itself on unattended? Have discussed matter with Panasonic who have offered me a refund. Can only think there is a problem with battery or circuitry. Hope that electric cars do not have this problem!

After having used various Braun shavers over the years, I decided to purchase the Panasonic LV97 shaver (after reading many positive reviews on Trust pilot).
Wow, what a difference! Extremely well balanced unit, excellent shaving with a lot less "to and fro" around my face. Altogether a superb purchase from Shavers, with discount on a "few extras" for future replacement parts. Almost immediate delivery time too. Very happy customer. Many thanks. Mick

I bought a Panasonic arc 5 for £89.99 was a bit sceptical cause of the bad reviews. Anyway three days shaver was delivered. I opened the packaging to find a brand new arc 5 shaver. No charge so I fully charged it before using. Beautiful shaver with a nice display. I have used it twice now and it’s a brilliant shave. It still has 80% charge. Used it once dry shave and once wet and both times excellent shave. Only downside it’s harder to shave under chin and neck and you have to do this for a few minutes otherwise it will miss hair. But after a wash a check and another couple of passes all was good. So far so good. Let see what happens after using for a year. Shavers.co.uk Thankyou for a very good purchase. I also called them after two days to check delivery guy was very polite and I received next day.Comes with a pvc case but I am buying a hard case from Amazon. It also has a built in trimmer which is very good. Excellent shopping experience.

The part for my shaver arrived the next day and was of equal quality to the original it was replacing. Great value, great service. No hesitation in using them again.

I bought a Panasonic razor from Shavers.co.uk some time ago and now needed to replace the foil and cutter. The website was easy to follow to order the replacement units for my shaver model. The items arrived within 24 hours, and were well packed. Also Shavers had an online instruction section on how to fit the new items. Very helpful and easy to follow. Great service.

I honestly can't believe this company has a good star rating. I have been waiting for an item for 10 days, and have now requested a refund, however no sign of this either. The customer service is non-existent. Take everyone who has written a negative review's advice and avoid.

I ordered my items on the 2nd of Oct 21, after a couple of chases, I got a reply on the 13th of Oct 21 saying it is been sent but until now 17th of Oct 21 I have not received them.

Good prices, fast delivery, fast response to queries. Very helpful when I needed to find a spare part. Highly recommended.
