I was nervous, looking at these reviews, but only after I'd made my purchase. Happily, I received my Braun foil, within the timeframe, and so far it works just as the original had, giving a really nice, close and quick shave. Fingers crossed, as a lot of people seem to complain about replacement foils not being as good as the original. One thing, they could do with letting you know when things are sent out for delivery.

Sent me a broken product. Made frankly bizarre statements on email but confirmed a refund then denied receiving the product and then stopped answering my emails. Broken product, no refund.

Ordered some Braun Cutters and a foil for my shaver on Friday 19th August. Delivery stated on website and confirmed on email as 2 - 6 days. No probs. After about a week or so and no delivery I asked where it was.
Oh lost in the system they said.
No probs, just send me a double up when you have them, I said.
No can do they said.
No compensation either they said and no idea when they can deliver.
Here we are over two weeks later - they have my money, I have no delivery - and no idea when they will deliver if ever.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Absolutely atrocious. DO NOT EVER use this company. Customer service lies stating that my Canadian credit card was denied due to me being in England. An absolute falsehood as I went online on Amazon and ordered the same product with the same Canadian credit card and received it 48 hours later!

Absolutely brilliant service could not fault it, order part for my Braun razor yesterday and received it this morning. Fitting was easy and razor after a good clean and reassembly is working like new. Definitely recommend.

Phoned twice to double check they could dispatch order same day, paid premium for 24hour delivery. Waited in all the day, called at 4pm to check - still hadn't even been sent out. Complete waste of time.

Ex Braun user, trying Panasonic ARC5 after good reviews. Not yet tested product But have faith in Shavers uk if anything goes wrong. Always purchased from them in past. There service delivery was excellent ordered on Friday morning, it was here Saturday morning well packed Well done 'Shavers'

The item arrived without a clean and renew cartridge and was dead on arrival. After 30 minutes putting thecseriesc9nshaver in to the unit lining up the charging point but nothing on the clean and renew station, not a light, not a noise and it would have been my shavers firdt clean so it wasn't falling simply because it was actually clean. I dropped two messages asking for a refund and for Shavers.co.uk to arrange pick up of the faulty item as its their responsibility to at least pay for the faulty return. So fsrno response

Ordered a couple of items recently from Shavers and was really impressed with the speedy delivery service.
Great website which is very informative.

I telephoned regarding a problem with a Panasonic shaver, the customer services representative was extremely helpful and asked me to return the shaver. Within a day of the service centre receiving my problematic shaver I received a new replacement which was an updated model. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced!

Misleading product description or no description at all.
I ordered a "charging" stand for my Braun device which came without the charging cable. So I paid £14 for a piece of plastic. When I contacted them and asked them for the cable they said I should buy it separately. Very bad customer service in general and not willing to help at all.
I should have bought it elsewhere in the first place.

Brilliant service, great price, fast postage, fab deal on a bundle, shaver is outstanding.
Very happy customer and would highly recommend both products, price and service.

Ordered replacement shaver head, came in 2 days. Brilliant service

I am very, very disappointed from this service. Not only the shaver is a piece of @##@, but they refused to refund my money! Don't trust them. The machine was not the quality they are advertising, it can't be used for more than 3 minutes because it starts to heats up, it can't cut properly. And above all they didn't accept my return!!!!! This is too low for such a provider. I am very disappointed and I don't recommend them to anyone!!!

My partner ordered an oral-b electric brush and this came like it was a return from another customer and full of dust and they don't compensate for such a bad delivery and shopping experience would avoid them next time even they have good prices....

Owned this for 5 years, best trimmer ever only now in lockdown a guard broke on me and it shaved my head but ever since I’ve haven’t been to a barber

I ordered 18 days ago and I'm still waiting, bad service, you should stay away or you can wait for stores to open, lockdown time is faster than this company...

The comb I received was unfortunately the wrong one as the comb I was after was the 0.4mm - 10mm comb, which neither you nor Philips seem to supply in the UK. I have always liked Philips and have encouraged my sons and other people to buy them but now, after having such trouble buying a replacement comb, I have changed my mind. If Philips cannot supply a cheap plastic part needed for the razor/trimmer to work, in the UK, then they should not be selling that trimmer in the UK! For parts that Shavers do supply, very good.
