An excellent epilator, causing very little pain on sensitive areas. Using foaming soap in the shower helps speed up the hair removal as well. I have used many epilators over the years and this is by far the best in terms of low pain during use. I would highly recommend it. Great value too.

Con’s: the day I received my item I realised I’d ordered the wrong one. I emailed them same day saying I’d be returning it but ordering the right one, which I did the next day, and it arrived the day after. However a few days later, this returned item was sent back to me saying they’d found hairs in the head - I’d not even taken the head out of the box!! They’re refusing to refund me, having made up lies about the condition of the return. So beware anyone trying to return unused products, they will fabricate lies to avoid refunding you!!! Daylight robbery!! When I’ve asked for them to escalate my complaint they’ve ceased correspondence with me!!! What a scam!!!!

Made an order with company and two days later they said my order didn’t meet their security checks because of my address, I am still yet to receive a refund or proof of a refund and they are not responding. I now have to get my bank involved, they are a scam company

Very happy with the service delivery and the Remington "Barba" beard trimmer. Works well so far and I am pleased with the results. I would have liked a pouch with it but have been led to understand it is not part of the deal. It does mention it in the information given about the trimmer on the internet but is not a big issue.

Trying to get a refund for a cancelled order is proving impossible. Once I eventually get through on their phone line (that's if they don't just cut me off after 10 minutes of waiting) they apologise & say they will action a refund. Of course, nothing happens. Now they won't answer their phones (there recorded message says that they aim to answer their phones in 60 seconds - total BS) Total scam company yet they claim to be Braun & Olympus main agents!

This is my second foil razor and it comes very close to my Harrys 5 bladed conventional razor for performance. It leaves all my previous electric razors way behind for comfort, closeness and ease of cleaning. The price was very good too plus free delivery. To get a comprable Braun razor the benchmark for foil razors I would have to spend an extra 200 pounds and couldn't guarentee a better shave shave. This razor I highly recomend and as I have been shaving for over 55 years I think I have enough experiance to make a reliable recomendation.

Excellent and fast service from this company. I reported a fault on my year old Panasonic shaver last Friday and was advised to return the item for assessment. A brand new replacement came this Friday. I am well impressed.

Bought a replacement comb for a Braun trimmer. Initial customer service seemed very helpful in terms of advising me what part I needed. However, when the comb arrived it didn't fit. When I phoned them they told me it was my fault in terms of the info I gave them. I thought they were unfair but put it down to a misunderstanding. I was told I had to do a completely new order and return the wrong item freepost, at which point I'd be refunded for it. I eventually received £3.50 for the completely unused and in its original packaging £7.50 item. When I phoned up again I was told that I'd been trying to con them by ordering more stuff than I need to get postage paid and then returning it. This is despite the fact that I'd, on their advice, put in a new order for that part that actually fitted. I clearly wasn't trying to pull a fast one (would never have occurred to me). Couldn't believe their attitude and won't ever use them again. It was me that was scammed by them.

I ordered a Panasonic ES-LV65 Arc5 Wet & Dry 5-Blade Men's Electric Shaver on Thursday morning and it arrived on Friday morning. What brilliant service form this company. The Shaver is fantastic it's the closest shave I have had in many a year from an electric shaver. Thank you Shaversuk I fully recommend the company and the shaver.

Pleasant to deal with and answered my questions promptly. Obtained parts for my very old Philishave. It would have been nice to know there was a delay in delivery. Otherwise, excellent.

I wanted to replace my Wahl shaver but Wahl say they now offer only 3-pin plugs with their chargers. This is not compatible with safety regulations which allow only transformer-isolated 2-pin shaver sockets in bathrooms. Philippa at Shavers.co.uk told me that Wahl's (more expensive) wet-and-dry shaver did have a 2-pin plug. Had I looked at Panasonic? I looked at their reviews and ordered a Panasonic shaver at 11.30 on Friday morning. It arrived in the post the next morning!

I needed replacement blades for my Phillips electric shaver & was unsure of the exact type to be compatible with my shaver, so I emailed Shavers & asked for advice, they immediately replied to advise the type I needed. I duly placed an order & received it very promptly two days later which is very efficient.
The blades are genuine & I now have an almost new shaver again.
Unlike many, this Company actually cares about providing first class customer service, & I thoroughly recommend them.

I bought a top reviewed product and i was really disappointed by it as if it was not working properly, when i wanted to return it i have been told that the item cannot be returned and i should keep using it as it is a common issue and it will get better... Also if you want to leave a review it will be moderated first, i wouldn't recommend the website
