Shelly Motors Opiniones 

Shelly Motors serviced my Kia recently. They did not fully service it as per the service agreement that I purchased prior to the service. I emailed them several times without reply. I contacted customer services, and they were as useful as a chocolate teapot. They suggested that I call Shelly Motors, I asked that he contacts them and asks them to reply to my email. Still no reply several weeks later. I will not be using Shelly Motors again as I have lost trust with them. I will not buy another Kia next time either!

Absolutely APPALLING service by Shelly motors Kia dealership. I booked a test drive for 10am on Saturday, arrived on time and was asked to wait. 15 minutes later the receptionist told to wait as Rob the sales guy was busy. After 30 minutes of waiting still nobody attended us. All the customers that came after us were being attended. Someone who looked like a 'sales manager' came and asked what we wanted. Then he said by mistake Rob took someone else instead of us. REALLY? Why was our appointment booked then!?

Then after 45 mins of wait the 'manager' apologised very rudely as if it was our problem. He said there was our name on the board but no time mentioned. I said we should have been done with the test drive by now. To which in a very confrontational manner he said 'What do you mean? Are you here to buy the car or just test drive it?'

SERIOUSLY guys?? Do you expect people to buy from you after such a HORRIBLE customer service?? Do they not have the courtesy to let the customers test drive before buying a car??

The manager apologised again later. But no amount of apologies are enough with such a behaviour. Looking at some other reviews as well, you should definitely AVOID them. Unless of course you don't value your own time and dignity.

Worse sales and showroom service I have ever received in my attempt to purchase a new car even though I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle and find out all the possible purchasing options available. I never did received the finance quotes from the sales person that were promised by email. I did follow up with a complaint and was contacted by them however my experience was so bad that I won’t be going back there. Shame as the Kia Nero is a good car. I have now purchased a car from a company who gave a most excellent showroom, test drive and hassle free buying experience.

We met with Tom in sales who was excellent
He knew every element of the KIA Rio car we purchased. I will definitely go back to Shellys when I want a new car or upgrade as the service was excellent.
