Would recommend
The items were Packed ok, though a bit more padding would be nice just to make it a bit more discreet what’s inside. Very discreet on outside no mention of company. One item felt good quality and is nice to use but not completely accurate to item shown on the web sight. The second item was very disappointing but when emailed to ask for an exchange they responded very quickly and gave advice how to return. Though would be nice if they included return info in packet. Over all a good experience

Respuesta de Simply Pleasure
Dear Richard,
Thank you for the feedback and thank you for shopping with us.
As much as we appreciate honest and constructive reviews we also like to make our customers aware that you can always reach out to us first before leaving a review that may not reflect the whole shopping experience. You can reach us via phone, email and chat and we are always happy to assist.
We would like to point out that the description and purpose of the product is not only in the name but also on numerous occasions mentioned within the description of the product. The product purchased is called a Pump Sleeve. This product is therefore an accessory for any suitable pump.
In case this product is unopened and unused you can certainly return it and request an alternative item or a full refund. We will reach out to you and provide you with the return process accordingly.
Again thank you for the feedback and we hope the clarification has been of help in this matter.
Kind regards,
Simply Pleasure Customer Care
