After choosing to buy an all electric we were in our own.
After choosing to buy an all electric car from these people was a pleasant experience to start.
In completion of the deal and walking out to our used EQB 250+.
A session on how the screen worked was more important than showing us how to actually plug up the car and charge it. Only 60% battery was on the car for our 1.15hr drive home.
So we were completely on our own from then on. Also we were told there was only one key but was reassured as it was a ex demo car the key was at the Bridgend garage. So another setback.
9 weeks we had to wait for he 2nd key to materialise after god knows how many inquiries from our part. Kaine who we purchased from never rang us once to see how we were getting in with the car and when we had to return to the garage to have to new key coded he never came to ask anything.
So from this experience we will not be returning to the Cardiff garage again.
Shocking experience.

I had a very positive experience with the Rob Edmunds. He was professional, helpful, and handled all our questions quickly and efficiently. The entire process was smooth and straightforward, with clear communication throughout. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience when purchasing a Mercedes.

Exceptional customer service!
As always, exceptional customer care at Sinclair Land Rover Hay on Wye.
Our Defender was booked in for service & an issue with one of the fobs. Courtesy vehicle, prompt resolution of the fob problem, all done in 24 hours & returned having had complimentary car wash.

Found the whole experience good, very helpful finding us a used car and went into great detail with us on the cars background. The purchase was also very straightforward and time taken to explain the cars features.

A very positive experience
I’ve used the Land Rover Hay on Wye dealership for 7/8 years since purchasing my LR Discovery Sport from them and have always received a polite and professional service from the staff there. I recently had a major service and repair done and Yaz and Angus were a pleasure to deal with and (as always) delightful, upbeat and kept me well informed of progress.

From initial contact on the telephone both Tom and Jarrod treated us well, they were polite and knowledgeable. We were based in Cornwall and they were based in Port Talbot and once a deal had been agreed on the telephone we went to Port Talbot to test drive the vehicle in order to seal the deal. I’ve had my car for a couple of days now and absolutely love it! Just the upgrade I was needing. Phill was absolutely wonderful and helped me out with everything I needed and getting the car I wanted, and was happy to answer all my questions. The whole process was super easy as well!
