Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I purchased Singer Knapsack Type Bush Cutter (Grass Cutter) - BC-BG328A from singer Sri Lanka online site and I got the product without 2 teeth blades that has to be included in the box according to there site information. After trying many times when I contacted their customer service, they asked me to send an email. I sent an email and I didn't get a reply. after 4 days I called back and they said they didn't receive my mail when I clearly know I sent the mail to the correct email and it sent without any mistake. they asked me to send an email again and until now I didn't get a reply.

NOT RECOMMENDING SINGER TO ANYONE
Very poor customer services. Purchased a BECO oven few years back and had a issue in gas tube. When contacted Singer service center, send a technician to repair that. However technician take off that part on February 2021 and there after no proper response so far as at 23rd November 2021. Atleast these morons never responding to my inquiry.
