We asked Mark to sell our property as we had been with a large estate agent for 12 months with no success. Their service was everything promised and nothing delivered. Mark was recommended to us and we are so grateful for the personal service that he offered. He talked us through every stage and completed all our viewings for us. We had more viewings in the first two weeks than in 7 months with the high street agent. Our property was advertised, sold, and complete in just over 3 months.Up until day of completion Mark was there to again guide us in the final steps. We would highly recommend Slade Property Collective to sell your house.

This company is absolutely brilliant and if I could give 10 stars I would as I feel 5 stars is not enough for the service I received from mark and Oliver. They’ve recently sold a property for me and I have to say it was the smoothest and most stress free sale I have ever made. The advert was faultless with the house selling within 5 days of going live and completeing with in 7 weeks overall.during the process there was never a time that I couldn’t get in contact with either mark or Oliver and I would highly recommend slade to anyone that wishes to receive a faultless and stress free service. We made an offer on a property in June and the sale went through in November. Mark was great from the get go, he was with us for our first viewing of the property in Pendeford and assisted us in next steps after wanting to proceed with the purchase.
Mark was always on the end of a phone if we had and queries or questions (even when he was on holiday).
Mark managed our expectations when we became frustrated with the pace of the vendors solicitors and made every effort to expedite matters when appropriate to do so.
Mark even paid us a visit on the day we moved in to see how we were and gave us a card and flowers which we thought was lovely gesture and thoughtful touch!
Mark will be our first point of call should we decided to sell in the future, he was very attentive and hands on which we really appreciated.

Mark sold my dad’s house in Codsall Chapel Lane. We wouldn’t hesitate in asking him again as we had excellent service. We have recommended him to all our friends and acquaintances.
The pictures of my dad’s house showed its full potential and it attracted a lot of interest. It was sold very quickly.
Mark arranged all the viewings, dealt with all queries particularly whilst we were on holiday he kept us up to date with everything that was happening. As soon as an offer was made he informed us, sent us messages received from the viewers regarding the house. He also gave us advice regarding offers and this enabled us to receive the maximum amount possible.
