Myself and my partner were first time buyers and from the off when we found our home to be Mark was faultless, from arranging a viewing and all the way through to completion Mark was there to help and guide us. Regardless if it was what likely seemed like silly questions coming from novices to helping us when we were choosing (and then later dealing with) solicitors.

Mark Slade has launched his new independent Estate Agency in Wolverhampton in Style with the sale of my house!
We were a bit wary about selling this year with the current market conditions…but Mark put our minds at rest, had some educating conversations, produced an amazing advert, structured and carried out all our viewings and managed to achieve multiple offers and sold the house for over the asking price in September.
Communication has been second to none, not only during the selling process, very importantly through progressing of the sale with regular updates to all parties and now a completion date is insight!
