I joined the Easter Compton group in April and have already lost 15lb. I’ve never followed the S/W plan before and was surprised at how easy it is to fit into everyday life. Loads of nice food and recipes, so I don’t feel like I’m missing out. I always stay for the group after weigh in. Everyone is so friendly and the leader is really welcoming. It’s got a really nice community feel and everyone gets involved with the chat and they all bring great ideas to try. I’m really enjoying it. Would highly recommend the plan

My local SW class is in Dagenham and is run by Kaz. Friendly, sociable class. If you gain there's no judgement, just help.Kaz knows how to make losing weight fun! I actually look forward to attending the group!

Tracey is absolutely awesome as a slimming world consultant, she goes through everything with great detail , adds you to her group chats where you can gain some recipe advice and chat to her other group members , its a very warming group where you absolutely feel you can do this , I was so worried about putting weight on when I was on holiday, but there is no judgement.
Tracey encourages you to change those habits and absolutely says this is your journey and you get out of it what you put in . She is so right and I feel very comfortable in her group and so far my loss has been incredible . As Tracey says slimming world is your own personal journey and it very much is but without her love and support it would be easy to give up .
Slimming world is about changing the way you cook and adding in as much good healthy foods as possible and this is promoted extremely well by her xx

Slimming World is an incredible plan-it absolutely works! Wendy, the brilliant, encouraging and thorough Consultant at the Slimming World Roffey group (at St. Andrews Methodist Church on Saturdays at either 8am or 9:30am) is very welcoming and warm. There are plenty of warm groups to choose from, and my experience with Slimming World has always been amazing. My Consultant, Wendy was very thorough when reading my food diary and giving me feedback on it. If you're thinking of joining a group, then don't hesitate! I would wholeheartedly recommend Slimming World to everyone who needs to lose some weight. It's an extremely healthy and balanced way to lose the weight AND keep it off for life!

The image therapy group is so informative and is where you learn about new things and make friends that are also very supportive.

I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to follow a healthy eating plan in order to reduce weight effectively.Attending weekly classes certainly supports your weight loss journey as members share ideas and offer support where needed without judgement. Our consultant, Tracey Driver, from South Ossett Baptist Group delivers a brilliant service and makes the experience feel achievable with her support both in classes and her communication by WhatsApp. My new eating habits have had a real impact on my health and I strongly recommend this for anyone wanting to improve their wellbeing.

We all think our groups are the best but ours really is. Our consultant Denise at Shenley hall is one of the best consultants we have had. The plan is really easy to follow and if you follow it correctly the weight losses are phenomenal. I would highly recommend slimming world.

Consultant is inspirational, good sense of humour and very motivating.

Tina is great always has an encouraging word if you have had a great week or struggled.
All the members are so friendly and helpful, no-one judge's anyone else.

Slimming World Killamarsh and Mosborough with Charmaine is just the most amazing consultant, leading and inspiring members each week no matter how your week has gone. I look forward to Saturday's (even if it is early ha ha) supporting on the social team, seeing Charmaine and so many friends I've made over the years as part of this group. I attend Slimming World at St Marks Church in Worle WSM on a Thursday Morning. The consultant Sylv is absolutely brilliant - knowledgeable, informative, passionate and always good fun. Weigh in is easy, the following group session lasts about 30 minutes and there are always great hints and tips from the other members. It is a really great group and I have made many new friends. This is a really affordable way to help me lose weight, stay on track and meet lovely like minded people. Highly recommended

I attend the class in St Mark's Church in Worle, North Somerset on a Thursday morning with Sylvia Rubery. She is a fantastic consultant and her classes are relaxed, fun and very informative. She is amazingly supportive and is the main reason why the class is so well attended. She has played a big part in helping me get to my target weight. Thanks Sylv, you have been a huge help ❤️

Slimming World in Worle, North Somerset. This group is fabulous, led by Sylvia Rubery who is friendly and fun and so supportive of all her slimmers. She goes above and beyond - if you have a specific problem then Sylvia will do her absolute best to find the necessary answers for you and encourages her members to support each other wherever possible. The meetings are short and informative, and most importantly, great fun! I couldn’t have got to my current weight loss without Sylv. You will find all the encouragement you need at these meetings.

Joined 3 years ago with Sylvia in congresbury. I was alone and very nervous. But within minutes I felt relaxed and very welcomed. Was a great group of people, and quickly began loosing weight with loads of support. Reached my target of loosing 4 stone within a year. And still turn up every week. Became a social member and absolutely love it. Highly recommend the journey, well worth it. Big shout out to Sylv our lovely consultant ❤️❤️

i've been a member at Wroxall, Friday 8.45am Group since january 2026; i'd put on 4 stone due to having to take steroids; i'd lost about a stone and a half using NHS calorie counting but had reached a plateau; through my doctor i got 12 weeks free with slimming world, and haven't looked back; my weight loss is slow, around a pound a week, but as i'm still on the meds, that's pretty good; i'm hoping to lose another stone and am pretty confident that i can do that with the support of our consultant and the rest of the group; it's been easy to stick with the plan and i believe it's a very healthy way of eating while still losing the weight;

I am member of the Congresbury, North Somerset group that meet at 9am on Tuesday mornings. Sylv our Slimming World leader is so good. She never puts you down or criticise your performance for the week even if you have put on weight. She just encourages you to keep mentally proud of yourself and with the groups, help keep you on track.
The group are very friendly and both Sylv and the group encourage you to stay focussed on weight loss.
I would definitely recommend the Slimming World strategy but Sylv is certainly the guiding light towards success. I have personally lost 3 stone in 9 months and with both Sylv and the groups encouragement am well on my way to reaching my goal weight in the next few months.
